They supposedly have a lifetime warranty but my Kestrel Gun stopped working on 11/16 and I reached out to their customer service. They asked for a video which I promptly provided. I followed up a few days later nothing.. I have called them, sent about 10 emails via my personal email account and on their website with no response. Going on a month now.. they are frauds, beware!!!

We are returning the MP245 office chair I ordered from Walmart on 12/03/25 which arrived from FedEx to my home 12/06/25 . The box had been torn open and had a hole at the bottom side which had been heavily taped together. Parts were missing so we are returning the chair to the local Walmart. We would like to get a new office chair priced at about $65.00 - $85.00. The chair would have been nice if it had been in total parts.

Purchased two packets of Ballerina Purple Datura seeds in August of 2025. Planted one packet (10 seeds) and had one germinate. Contacted seller via Walmart and in early October of 2025 they agreed to send me a replacement packet and asked for my address, which I provided. After two months and multiple follow up emails from me, I have received nothing. And so I have concluded that they are most likely either incompetent or dishonest. In either case, I would certainly avoid dealing with these folks. Life is too short for this nonsense.

I purchased a new HP laptop, they shipped a cheaper laptop that did not have the SD card reader we needed, also when fully charged, the laptop lost battery power extremely fast. It might have been a refurbished laptop, definatley NOT the one we paid for. I was returned at a local Walmart weeks ago, ( Fedex receipt in hand to show it was returned and that they did receive it back) but seller keeps saying it was never returned, then they charged my credit card again. It was a wonderful morning as I woke up to get some Pokémon packs. As I approached the store, I could see a man, who I later identified as Cody, to be sharing at me through the window as he aggressively barked. I was taken aback, but still proceeded to enter the store. The prices were astronomically high and i audibly gasped at seeing the price tag. Cody made fun of my short stature and said that he can easily take advantage of me if he wanted. I was scared by now but decided to purchase the one item I came for, a singular pack of journey together. Despite the price tag of 33.99, I decided to go through with the purchase. I decided to pay with my debit card but Cody said "femboys pay with card, I use cash" I didn't respond to this message. Cody asked me for I.D for some odd reason, and began to call me a "Hitchcock sucker," obviously making fun if my last name. I didn't respond to this message either. Cody clearly got mad that I wasn't reacting, and began to do various exercises as I watched in horror. He then told me that the real show was about to begin, took off his shirt, and started singing Arabian hymns as he curled dumbells with his pinky fingers. I immediately fled the store as Cody yelled from behind me asking to show his "Hitchcock" I don't recommend buying your cards from here. Cody js a strange individual.
