Beware sold me a Shark air purifier for $379 marked it down 1 day after delivery to $279. Won’t credit me back difference. They want me to pay shipping back, and charge me for shipping it to me, plus restock fee of 30-50%. Stay clear not reputable!

Product seaglass heart friendship ornament - When I received them I thought they were garbage, printing was backwards and could not read the printing through thre backside. Contacted GainLucky Hardware and they informed be there was an opaque covering on the backside. After peeling the covering off the printing was clearly legible and the ornaments were perfectly acceptable. They should let people know about this, saw other reviews with same problem only wasn't corrected. Ornaments are inexpensive, but thats what I was looking for.
i HAVE ORDERED THE REPLACEMENT CANOPY FOR MASTERCANNOPY 8x5 GRILL GAZEBO OUTDOOR BBQ GAZEBO CANOPY WITH LED LIGHTS....NUMEROUS TIMES NOW AND I KEEP GETTING THE WRONG TOP. NO MATTER WHAT I DO.....I JUST RECEIVED MY LAST ORDER AND I EVEN TOOK PICTURES WITH MY PHONE TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD BE THE RIGHT ONE AND STILL DID'NT MATTER. I WANT THE CORRECT COVER LIKE THE PICTURE SHOWS AND LIKE THE ONE THAT IS STILL ON THE GAZEBO THAT CAME WITH IT WHEN IT WAS BRAND NEW.......I'M VERY UPSET.....
I ordered 2 men's sweatshirts for $74.98 thru Walmart Marketplace. WholsCamera being the third - party seller. When I went to return them because they did not fit WholsCamera said I can't return because I pass the 30 day. First off - I never saw anything stating no return after 30 days when I was purchasing these. Second - I explained to them we got the package while my husband was in the hospital with an emergency open heart surgery. Per doctors orders my husband was not able to bring his arms above his head or out to his side for 5 weeks which he need to do in order to try them on. I explained all this to them and asked if they would reconsider excepting my return. They sent me an email say they won't do it cause it was pass the 30 days. We went back and forth with several emails. I also asked in one email for the phone # and a managers name so I could call them and NO return with that information. Today I get one telling me to go back to Walmart. DON'T ever buy anything from here.
The mica powders are excellent. The colors are vibrant and beautiful and go a long way. I have purchased but not yet used their pigment pastes so I can't review those. However, their website leaves a lot to be desired. They routinely miscalculate discounts and sales. When redeeming rewards points, if there happens to be a discount on an item in the cart, the website will only use the discount and ignore the rewards points. The owner, Jeff, says their system is unable to stack discounts even though they are offered. When addressing repeated pricing issues at checkout, the owner was more concerned with the tone of the conversation than he was with correcting the issue and saving the sale. He chose to do neither. I have all calls and email trails if anyone is interested. As great as their products are, their lack of concern for the customer's inconvenience and loss of advertised pricing makes doing business with them too unappealing. I hope Jeff can learn from this, put his own pride away, and improve so his company can truly fly.

HE IS SELLING ITEMS HE NEEDS YOUR MONEY TO LATER BUY YET GIVES A 5-7 DAYS ARRIVAL TO YOU THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR HIM TO FULFILL. MANY OF THE FEEDBACK SAY THEY ARE STILL OWED MONEY!! I AM COMMUNICATING WITH SOME EMAIL EXECUTIVES ON HOW THIS GUY IS STILL ON EBAY. HE REALLY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME MY REFUND THE SAME DAY HE KNEW HE DID NOT HAVE MY ITEM, YET DRAGS IT OUT. IT IS A REGULAR THING HE DOES. THE MESSAGES TRY TO DRAG THIS ALONG AFTER CANCELING THE ORDER WHEN YOU REALIZE HE NEVER HAD THE ITEM. EBAY IS INVESTIGATING YET AS OF THIS MESSSAGE, HE IS STILL ON EBAY.
Received an envelope with a USPS label on the back. Letter inside said "this order is currently out of order" with no information on the order/item number or what it was.
After multiple searches online, I was able to determine it was a WalMart item; but still no item number or indication of what it was.
Complete scam. They duplicate orders, won’t stop them when requested, when delivery refused they will not refund a disabled veteran their money
Cans were much better than cardboard containers, preserving flavor and cardboard lids so hard to remove, impossible not to spill tea!!!!!

Bought the Amolife twin bed from Walmart. The instructions were not on the box. Walmart CS told me they cannot get me the assembly instructions bc Amolife is 3rd party seller. Walmart CS tells me to send an email to [email protected] and they will email me the instructions. I emailed them 4 times. NO response. No phone number on their website. I found a phone number 213-548-1412. Message says this number does not accept calls. WTF.......... A little research found Amolife is owned by TIANJIN YOURISTE TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD

I ordered and paid for a costume, I received a $1.00 eye shadow in stead. Like that would make things better. Own up, not sure why Walmart is still doing business with you. Shameful.
The brakes went out on our Joyracer and put my grandaughter in danger. Tried contacring but thier phone number is out of commission. Tried contacting through email and also Wallmart emailed me that they had contacted the seller. I was told by Wallmart customer service that Joyracer would respond in 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Horrible customer service

Ordered & received Master Brake Cylinder, order# 13-132077-42429, on July 16, 2025. Due to travel, package was not opened until Oct. 9, 2025. On inspection, fuel ports (2) are located on side of item. My application requires fuel ports to be located on bottom of cylinder - frame restrictions necessitate connecting of brake lines to bottom of cylinder.
