I bought the joyracer for my grandson, it worked good for about the first two weeks. Now it does not even move even when it says it is fully charged. Unable to get their Customer Service to answer.
I never received all my screws and bolts for my pink jeep 2 seater
The brakes went out on our Joyracer and put my grandaughter in danger. Tried contacring but thier phone number is out of commission. Tried contacting through email and also Wallmart emailed me that they had contacted the seller. I was told by Wallmart customer service that Joyracer would respond in 48 hours. That was 4 days ago. Horrible customer service
Do not buy a Joyracer!!!
