I ordered a Starlink and never received it but they did take my money from my bank. I want my money back or the StarLink. this is the worst site ever. I shop at Walmart and if they back this company I'm disappointed.

Ordered item with expedited shipping. They marked shipped but did not actually ship item for 2 weeks, but because it was marked shipped, I could not cancel or return order. Received item and now they will not answer several requests to return item. I no longer needed the item because I had to go buy it since it was taking too long for them to ship. Completely disgusted with Walmart for backing this company!
DO NOT USE . Very poor customer service . I canceled the order within an hour of ordering the speaker and they “could not cancel my order “ even tho they shipped it a week later . Plus their return policy is awful . Just use amazon . Also Walmart will not help with any issues . STAY AWAY!
