Was signed up for residential service to the amount of $1299.35 which I never signed up for. PayPal would not give refund because the company followed their protocals. They never considered I never signed up for this service. If that is the case then anyone with my credit card info is able to charge whatever and whenever they want. Out of curiosity I clicked on residential connection . Evidently that is all it took for them to place the outrageous charge and sign me up for service. I will be posting what Ai had to say about GZ Systems (PureVPN) and 90% of it is not good. If I don't get refund I will be posting what Ai has to say about this company on all the social media accounts I have warning of this deceitful practice.

DO NOT BUY anything from A-Zessentials. They are a third party seller. ITEM PURCHASED thru AMAZON, never delivered (3 weeks overdue). FedEx delivery has NO records of Tracking Number or recieving the item.

their thick orthopedic dogs beds are great--for about 4-6 months, Then they fall apart. I have senior dogs that just lay down on them. No digging, chewing, pawing etc.

The seams on the first one fell apart in 6 months, the second one in 4 months. The seams just separate. They refunded me for the first one, won't even respond about the second one.

You get what you pay for. STAY AWAY from this place.

I purchased a 12 piece multi- vegetable chopper and slicer with colander basket today and the crinkle cut attachment is missing. Would love to have this attachment. I got two of the straight slicers instead of the crinkle cut. Anyway this is possible? Thanks

DO NOT - ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR thru Walmart. I ordered a 1 pack of noodles thru Walmart and got 1 box (total 12 packs) for $33.34. I tried to return tat Walmart and they said I would need to contact ShopGourmet a KeHE Solution. My response was not eligible for return. SCAM SCAM SCSM - they do don't even deserve a one for rating

Product arrived broken due to very poor packaging. When I contacted Supply the Home for a replacement or refund, they refused. So I contacted Walmart customer service, got my refund, and then StG had the nerve to tell me they had given me the refund. When I pointed out that they did not and should not take credit for it, they replied with a snarky “our pleasure!“ I would give less than one star if I could.

It's my own fault for not reading carefully. I have used mustard from Pommery Meaux for years. I did not realize that I would end up paying $18.35 for a 3.5 ounce jar from your company. I have only seen 17.6 ounce crocks. Imagine my shock when these teeny little jars arrived. I definitely feel abused and will never shop your website again. I purchased a Mac laptop on May 28, 2025, and four months later the device stopped working. I requested a replacement or a refund, and the Customer Service Department at one of the Walmart stores informed me that I needed to contact the call center. Now, the call center is telling me that Walmart cannot provide a solution because the device was sold by “Certified 2 Days Express,” a seller different from Walmart.

But guess what? That seller is no longer listed as a Walmart marketplace vendor, and therefore Walmart now claims it is not responsible for this issue. This is absurd. I made the purchase through Walmart’s website, as a Walmart member. I did not buy it from the “Certified 2 Days Express” website, nor am I a customer or member of that company.

Additionally, the call center is now telling me that I must go to the manufacturer’s service center and pay for the repair myself. This is unacceptable. Walmart should take responsibility for this type of situation.

This has been a terrible customer experience. I will never purchase from Walmart again, as you simply avoid responsibility in a careless way that harms the customer.

Absolutely worst costumer service. I ordered something from them through Walmart. The package was marked delivered but I did not receive it. They refused to refund, blamed me and told me to take it up with UPS and said they would be having Walmart refund them as they shipped and delivered the product- which makes no sense. For a company to not insure their packages is beyond me, packages get lost and stolen all the time.

AVOID THEM!! Seriously, not worth the stress. The worst reviews are true. They are super shady, very rude, literally no customer service (a voicemail and a rude irritable jerkass who uses ALL CAPS on chat) Thankfully, I cancelled the order before it shipped, hoping i don't still need to file a dispute with my cc company. I think this is literally just an overstuffed bodega that gives a five-finger discount. Eff these nasty disrespectful people

The best part? They sent an email a week after ordering (ignoring a very expensive rush shipping fee) to "confirm my order." Purchasing something is usually the confirmation, but ok… the email felt extremely scammy. I called the number on their site: no answer, just a voicemail (regardless of which "dept" you click into), but here's the real kicker: they LEAKED MY EMAIL ADDRESS!! Yea, cc'd with 200+ other customers for this dumb message that is unnecessary and likely the same bait and switch bs others have described. Contacting lawyers now.

DON'TWASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY ON THESE PEOPLE. SOME THINGS DESERVE TO FAIL, TO MAKE ROOM FOR BETTER THINGS

I have tried 4 times to cancel the subscription I never asked for...and they have ignored my request each time.

Now I have to cancel my debit card and get a new one....THEN notify the companies that use my debit number for the LEGITIMATE automatic withdrawals of the new number.

And that's quite a few :-(

Like I suggested earlier...

RUN! Don't walk...away from this company.

Deceptive illustrations describing the product resulting in exorbitant prices for some products. In my case the Cutimed mousse picture showed three units but the actual quantity shipped was only one item.. Price was six times the norm.
