I purchased $100 Maxkon air fryer and it does not work it have not fried or damn thing and I'm trying to return it with no success this is ridiculous this site really needs to be shut down there using Walmart their third party and I had no idea that it was a third-party shame on you shame on you shame on you for taking people's money I am totally disappointed you'll never get my business again never there's no phone number to contact anybody you send an email message you get no response so they're ripping people off
Stay away from betteryourlife online shopping. They will not refund or return products. Had a horrible experience buying a product that didn’t work properly, asked for refund or exchange. They responded with a series of inquisitive emails, I also sent pictures of the product malfunctioning. Their English is broken, probably using google translator or other. How can Walmart market place partner with such distributors??!! Will report this to Walmart customer corporate service. Zero rating, I agree with above blog!,
Don't do Buisness with these people if you don't want to get roped off. I bought a JBL Pulse 3 from this seller and got junk. The package came a month after I ordered it and wasn't new, was damaged because they put nothing but thin bubble wrap around it and put it in an plastic bag. I have tried to contact with no response to resolve and Walmart is no help because they day the have no control over 3rd party vendors. Total loss and never will never order from Walmart or vendor again.
ordered Unite shampoo & conditioner and both bottles were opened/used and the shampoo is not the correct color.

Got an outdoor trail camera that is not compatable with Apple. Sent them an email every day for a week with no response. I wish I had looked at these reviews first. I can’t believe how horrible the service is
Bought a pink keyboard and mouse. Took two weeks to get it and it was a pink keyboard with a blue mouse. Keyboard doesn't work. Contacted them and they want pictures. Sent pictures. Then they want a video of the keyboard not working. So I sent it. Then they come back and tell me the blue mouse will not work with a pink keyboard. Well no kidding that was what I told them in the original email. They so sorry they will give me a 40% refund and I don't have to return the non working product or I can pay to return it and they will decide when they get it back if I get a refund. At this point I am not interested in playing their game anymore and told them so. They offered 60% refund with same conditions. So I opened a claim with my credit card and told them I want a full refund and if they want their product back they better send me a label. I got my full refund and they sent me a label. All of this over 26 bucks. I guess most people just give up. Not me. Do not buy from these people.
Amazon Prime had the identical product for $60 less.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - what a ripoff. Bought a Sweater cardigan. What I received was a top that was made with less quality than a Tshirt. Windy Winter said they would give me a two dollar credit. After numerous emails, the next suggestion was maybe I could give it to a friend as a gift. What kind of a business is this? Why does Walmart allow this to happen? Everyone here has had a horrible experience. Why does Walmart allow this to continue to happen? Time for a BBB report. They don't even deserve one star.

I ordered a cyberpower pc when there was a few left. I waited a few days and got the confirmed shipping email from Walmart. It’s now been a week and it hasn’t moved and just a few hours ago they sent me an email saying the computer was out of stock. They said that after they said it shipped. Now they said they would give me a new one for another $700 and not even give a refund or give it for free. That is no way to run a business. So I hope you enjoy this one star rating

I purchased the 14 inch round corner king size bedframe . There are sockets for a headboard and little stickers that say headboard socket but no headboard hardwAre. Please advise me as to how I can get the necessary hardware to attach a headboard to my bed frame I do like the frame very much but believe there must be parts missing.
Cant seem to get help to send a phone case back. It is too big. So far no one has done anything to solve it. I will not place any rating until my case is resolved.
I purchased a LG cell that was advertised as new from this company. The phone broke after less than 2 months. I sent it in to LG for warranty repairs and they said they no longer carry parts or do repairs on these phones. That I should contact the seller. Well I contacted the seller and they simply said "sorry- nothing we can do for you.
They sell junk phones and advertise them as "new". No customer service at all. So buyer beware.

This company posted a pic of some pink chair covers. The description read chairs covers and I was shipped pedals. They admitted that the sales rep made a mistake and instead of shipping me the correct item they offered to refund me because the product was mysteriously out of stock. They actually had the item posted twice with different cost. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. You will not get what you paid for.
I ORDERED A DRESS IN A SIZE LARGE AND WAS SENT A MEDIUM. WHEN I TRIED TO RETURN FOR THE CORRECT I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK. IF I HAD MADE THE MISTAKE I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING RETURN SHIPPING BUT SINCE IT WAS NOT MY MISTAKE I DON'T FELL I SHOULD HAVE TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING.
