we ordered thru WalMart, supposed to receive on May 16th, we started tracking shipment. It started in Romeoville, Il, then went to Champaign, Il, next to
East St.louis, Il (7 miles from our house). thought we would receive the next day. Nope it went to Texas, then Arizona, 2 places in Nevada and finally to Ca. We contacted Walmart who got us in touch with this company this is now on the 21st. The man John we talked to was going to investigate and contact us back, asked if we wanted a refund or the equipment. We said we wanted the equipment, he was going to have the equipment shipped straight from the warehouse. So far we haven't heared back from him. Walmart has been great in helping us with this. Beware of this company
Never received a response from them after attempting to contact them multiple times about returning the crappy vacuum I bought from them. Thankfully, ultimately Walmart refunded me. Make sure to look up reviews on Walmart marketplace sellers before buying anything that isn't coming directly from Walmart! Lesson learned.
I also ordered a wireless controller for my nephew. It arrived roughly 2 months late after Christmas (2018) from when it was scheduled to arrive and an old version of the controller was sent which was not compatible with the Xbox. I’ve set a complaint to wal Mart requesting either a refund or send the correct product however we have not received any updates except that Rewind Electronics would contact me. Very disappointed with this company and Wal Mart for allowing this type of business to scam customers! Zero stars wasn’t an option so I went with the lowest rating
Seller does not answer emails...nor provide proper tracking. Says shipped when it has not been apparently .....will not purchase from them ever again. Same issues recently on other sites they sell with. Lots of unhappy custoemrs and poor reviews.
I ordered a 7.5 tree, the box cake 1/2 open, I tried to bring it back to Walmart and they told me to contact Gymax.... they offered me a $15 credit, and I could keep the tree and try to sell it myself. Or pay $30 to send it back. I just want a refund. This company is absolutely ridiculous
The chairs I ordered from this company broke the first time anybody sat in them. I'm going to try to get a refund but based on the other reviews it looks like I probably won't have much luck. I wish I'd seen these reviews before!
This company is horrible to deal with. I placed an order with them online and their form changed my town and zip code when I pressed send. I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours by email because there was no way to immediately cancel the order on their site. They refused to let me do that after waiting 2 days to respond to my email telling me my order had already been processed. After several emails back and forth in which they claimed they couldn't do anything unless I sent the item back, they sent the item to the wrong address and are trying to hold me at fault. I have told them countless times that I will not pay for an item I did not receive. They responded with an email that said the mistake was on my end and due to their policy they were unable to do anything to have this corrected. However, they do apologize for the inconvenience. There is no way I will let them get away with this and have put a stop payment on my credit card until this is resolved. What a terrible way to do business and treat a customer. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.
Do not buy, order just gets cancelled.
Very slow customer service. Was sent wrong item and have yet to be given a solution after a week of emails and phone calls.
Buyers beware! I received the wrong items, and after trying to contact them thru telephone and by email on three separate occasions, still received no replies. What really gets me the most about this company, it's the fact they have the audacity to even argue with their customers( According to some of the reviews that I've read.) It seems to be a pattern! Everybody makes mistakes, but trying to correct those mistakes is where the true moral lies.So if you choose to purchase something that this company sells I would look for other sellers of the item, before making the mistake that I and a lot of others have made. I hope that this business can get organized and thrive. I want to thank Walmart customer care they have always been great .I will always shop with Walmart.
This seller steals from consumers! I am still trying to get my refund it has been three weeks and nothing but no response from them. They sent my three blouses in one pkg and I returned all three blouses in one pkg but they charged me 18.00 in return mail fees along with 6.96 in restocking fees for a total of 24.96 in fees!!!! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB!!!!!!!!DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
I just called the 303-800-8699 number they have listed to contact them and he hung up on me when I told him I want a return label. What kind of company is THIS? I want a refund label and REFUND!!!!
I have been requesting a refund for months. I ordered through Walmart.com. I want to return some silverware and they are giving me the run around. I have sent many messages for a return label and they say they don't get it "it's an empty response". I just want a return label which seems to BE very difficult for them to come with. Horrible company to order FROM!!! I want a return LABEL!!! Seriously the Worst return policy EVER!!! Please send me a return label.
I order an item, they sent the wrong item. They changed in their system the item I ordered to the one they shipped. I forwarded my copies of my order confirmation, shipping confirmation, showing what I had ordered, along with pictures of what they sent. 21 emails later I received my refund. I did notice on their notes they stated reason for refund was "customer changed mind". Which was a flat out lie. They shipped the wrong item. Stating "customer changed mind" will not improve, or fix their quality control, shipping, order picking process. Which means it will happen to someone else again.
I won't go into detail with my experience with this company. There are enough negative examples and reviews to support how poorly this organization conducts it's business. I regret not checking the reviews prior to making the purchase. This company is not interested in customer service nor satisfaction. Walmart should sever it's relationship with this business. Also, one star is too generous of a rating for this company.
I purchased a pellet rifle, fired 1 (one) pellet, the damn thing would not re-cock, it is a V-Tac Valken Infiltrator, it weighs 10 lbs, looks good, but, is a piece of "SHIT"!!!!!! I will not even give it 1 star!!
Do not order anything from this company. It is a nightmare trying to return it and get your money back. i ordered from walmart, not realizing it was from this company.
