Boards By the Bay is a scam. I lost $1476 in credit card charges for a custom table that was never delivered. Nothing but lies. Check out the BBB on this place. Complete ripoff.
I purchased one of their 3D rugs. It is rubbish and I asked for a refund. In return they asked for a photo. On trying to photograph I discovered that the light on the camera then showed the 3D image.
Who shines a light on a rug to see an image? This they have admitted in an email and offered a 10% refund.
I have insisted on 100% refund as it is not fit for purpose or as advertised.
They do answer emails, but even the return address on envelope they say is not to be used.
I bought a deep fryer, I waited with excitement, I finally got it and I was wondering why the box was so little, so I opened it and what a disappointment, it was sooooo small like a kid's fryer, you can only fry 1 piece of chicken, will never purchase again, I can't even remember the site, so I don't know how to get my money back. Zero star's

I bought ball electric canner 3 yrs ago. Only got to use it 1 yr for about 3 times..as I didnt use anymore once I fnished..but tried to use last yr..wouldn't work..error E01..so I figured id try again this yr..this is a lemon! Error E01..you all knew this..it is an electrical problem.! I spent 240.00 on this and only used 1 season! I saw where other people had problems. I will go on yiur site and I form people if yiu all still make them, not to purchase!
I have your 6 by 10 foot shed to assemble. Everything has worked well until I got to Step 3 in your Installation Instructions. This Step is to begin with a single piece of DB06 to be connected to piece DB05 at the back and the piece DB02 on the left (per Steps 1 and 2). Toward the back, DB05 has two lower male connection posts. Toward the left, DB02 has one lower male connecting post. See Step 1 and Step 2 on page 12 to verify this configuration.
With this configuration, the correct configuration of piece DB05 should have three upper female connections, two toward the back and one toward the left. Yet this is not what piece DB06 has. It correctly has two upper female connections toward the back. incorrectly it has a lower male connection post on the left. I tried rotating your piece DB06 180 degree and that did not work either.
On page 3 of your manual, your piece DB06 is drawn correctly. But the piece DB06 that I am presently looking at does not agree with that drawing. I have checked many times that all of the pieces DB06 are branded on the bottom with DB06.
I certainly hope this problem is not going to continue in a similar way through the 48 steps of this shed assembly. Please respond to this email or call me via my phone number (940) 782-0072. I cannot proceed until I get the correct piece(s).
This Instruction booklet bravely said on the cover: "Our team is available 24/7 to help with any product question. Contact us anytime!" The only way that this could be possible was only through the email address: [email protected]. I hope this works.

Be careful about the deceiving advertising of this Chinese company. First the oysters I bought
were excessively expensive and the taste was not so good. You find out that the product is from China after the fact. Don't get scammed by companies like this.

I bought what I thought was a small device to project ocean scenes onto the ceiling for my grandson. It was really cool in the ad I bought it from. The ad showed a full ocean scene with sharks, whales, other fish, and coral. I was really excited to order it. Well, it came in the mail today after a long wait, and it was SUPER disappointing. You have to put little disks in it to make it project anything, and it only shows one thing, and almost none of the disks are ocean-related, which is why I bought it. There wasn't even any water. I wouldn't have spent $3.00 on this thing, let alone $30.00. They definitely ripped me off with some cheap Chinese trash! I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could.
I purchased a photo booth from Walmart and Marvel Technology Co., LTD is the seller. When I received the photo booth the case was cracked. Also, they list that they will send you a custom logo to put on the photo booth. It took forever to resolve the cracked case, but we finally came to an agreement and the finally gave me some money back, but it took a lot of back and forth. We were supposed to also get the custom logo to go onto the 360-photo booth. We have gone back and forth with them about it. The asked up to send them the logo which we have done several times. They never sent the sticker to put on the booth and stopped responding to me. False promises and bad customer service. Go somewhere else to buy your product that doesn't lie and care about living up to their word. Someone that can provide better service to you.

This company is garbage when it comes to customer care. I had a phone from the missed delivered and they are the ones who are supposed to file the claim and I can't even talk to them. No customer care or communication . NO STARS!!!!!
I purchased bifocal glasses from Deb’s. The lenses were fine but I messaged them that the frames were tight and uncomfortable.
