I purchased 2 large containers of M&M Peanuts. They arrived melted and the plastic containers were broken. I called Walmart who told me I wouldn’t have to return them. I through them out immediately. Big Deal GA emailed me to return the products. When I told them I discarded them already, the told me they couldn’t help me unless I returned them. Prior to discarding product, I took pictures. Even after seeing these photos, they said they wouldn’t help me. There is no way they could have been eaten. Horrible experience with this company

I purchased a canopy that I thought was a easy up one. It was not, I never opened anything in the box just requested a return. HORRIBLE communicating with this company. They keep asking for pictures?? I sent them and told them I never opened the items inside. After numerous emails requesting a refund they said ok you can return to this address. NO return shipping label and no guarantee I will get my money back. Shipping it back to CA will cost me the same as what I spent on it. I am concerned if I do ship it back I will not get my money back. I am terribly disappointed with Walmart for doing business with this company and unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I made my purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE SELLER!!!!! If I could I would give them a 0 star rating......................
I bought two Rolling Garment racks from Walmart.com (paying Walmart) but they say it was a 3rd party purchase and Walmart won't take care of it. When trying to return them because they are cheap and impossible to put together (fall apart every time you try to put them together). Walmart wouldn't take them back so I have been in communication with Ware-Smith-Woolever & SC to no avail. They finally have offered me $10 Refund on the $43.16 I paid for these items because I have no packing to ship back and they won't pay for the shipping back to them. I've already paid too much for these and afraid I am throwing more money away. Walmart needs to discontinue their whole site from there to avoid issues in the future. Very disappointed. I am rating (1) star to make sure my rating shows up only this is AWFUL FOR WALMART TO PUT GOOD CUSTOMERS IN THIS KIND OF SITUATION.
I never received my item and the seller will not respond. Why is Walmart still letting them sell through them? It's giving them a bad name.
Shipped two items from Walmart Marketplace using this company. Everything else from the order arrived without issue. Three weeks later items from thebookpros hadn't been received. I checked Walmart and USPS websites and one book said "Delivered to Agent for final delivery" a week earlier. The second item said "Delivery Attempted". I contacted Walmart, who put me through to thebookpros customer service. The rep was rude and unhelpful. She couldn't process a refund because they hadn't received the items back and told me I would need to call USPS to schedule a delivery. I told her how much of an inconvenience that was and she said "that's not our fault" to which I responded that they choose to use USPS for shipping, not me, so having to take the time to track down packages myself was frustrating. I also told her I would be contacting Walmart to let them know I was not helped and, again, she didn't care. When I called the USPS number I was told the wait time was greater than one hour! I didn't have an hour to sit on hold, so contacted Walmart again, who refunded my money. While I understand the company can't control USPS, the rude behavior by the rep at thebookpros and her inability to understand that her company choose the shipping method and should be the ones dealing with shipping issues will keep me from using this company or Walmart's Marketplace, without looking for reviews of the companies first.
I purchased Cuisinart PerfectTemp on Thursday, 8/15 and received a fake knock-off on Saturday, 8/18. I sent an angry email to their customer service asking what the hell happened and received an email from them that the actual item on sale out of stock. Therefore, they sent me this wrong fake item intentionally to waste my time. BTW, acknowledging that they sent me a knock-off item that is similar in performance, they asked me to try it out/keep it with a partial refund of $5. LOL. Totally a bait and switch scam. Why is Walmart allowing shady third-party reseller to use their platform to scam their customers? Betteryourlife (AKA S&W Trend) sucks. DO NOT BUY!!!!

Purchased 3pcs replacement heads for Philips Norelco HQ8. They look great but after I installed them they started to turn and locked up. After several tries I gave up, will never purchase from them again. Not going through the trouble to return for $8.39, just write them off and will make sure Walmart doesn't get me again.
Worst seller ever! Do not Trust! I placed my order July 2019, It has been a month and I still have not received my order! Tried contacting them, no luck, cannot reach them. But they will take your money like they did me.
This is a ripoff. This dress has no size in it. The dress look like it has been stretched out and worn. I have no way to send this back. This is no way a size 2X. I would advise people not to buy anything from you. You should be shame of you self.

I don't know why walmart keeps them as a seller. I am going to social media and report them as fraudulent sellers. I had a similar experience. Ordered a simple scale . It was issued a fake tracking number as the item never made it to USPS. They keep people waiting and hold our money and we get no product. I won't stand for this. This company is a scam you can't even get through to customer service.
I purchased a pair of Bluetooth earbuds from the same company . They malfunctioned straight out of the box and when I tried to return them to Walmart just like the site said I was rejected by Walmart . BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Don’t waste your money or time.

Ordered tank tops according to their sizing chart. Came in too tight and too short. Trying to return for a refund and they respond with they'll give me 50% back and I can keep the shirts. Seriously, for something I can't wear? I want to return the product and get a full refund. This is terrible customer service and if this is how Dazzle Mart does business, Walmart should consider dropping them as a third party vendor
