Very horrible customer service, even Walmart let this clown names Wei Zeng who’s operating under the name of Lightsbed LLC , I encourage for a lawsuit on this person/ company
I bought a Fitbit from them through Walmart.com and it was previously used and refurbished. That wasn't stated and it stopped working after a month. After an hour on the phone that was stated to me by Fitbit, this is a scam company everything is previously broken or damaged.
Worst customer service ever! Went onto Sears website to order and received item, needed to return didn't fit. The item came from Amazon and wasn't sears, if you try to return to amazon you lose around 19 dollars....I followed their return policy and surprise they received product but never gave me credit. Biggest scammers around. You call and all agents are busy!!!! They deserve no rating for horrible service. Oh how clever you can't leave a review without giving them at least one star
Scammers for sure! Through Walmart Marketplace, I ordered 10 cases of water, they sent 1 and claimed order complete. I emailed numerous times, they wouldn’t provide proof of FedEx delivery of all. Now they claim to be out of stock. It was a deal too good to be true. I will continue my battle with Walmart now, based on principle and the fact that Walmart should not be doing business with these scammers.

.Do not trust the seller..bought phone thru walmart online he sent me a not working phone when I sent back he told me he received an empty box. Walmart confirmed the phone was inside the box when they received and shipped it.
My story is the same as the others here. I ordered from them a few months ago and it was fine, no problems. This time I ordered a shirt for "free" pay shipping only, and I see a charge on my card for $29.95 which was NOT authorized! I've called and left messages and sent several emails with no response. This is a total scam! CANCEL EVERYTHING AND DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANYTHING ELSE!! ZERO STARS RATING!!!!
A BBQ grill arrived but parts for assembly missing. Contacted Walmart, they contacted Syngar. I received email that they did deliver the package. Yes, that wasn't the problem. Parts were missing, washers and screws. The grill is cheap, cheap, thin and flimsy. The price was low but the so called "original" price was very high. I fell for this dishonest marketing ploy, my bad. I just thought they had too many so it was marked down. It is a cheap ripoff of a Weber. I'm done, not even wasting anymore time with them. Syngar is a 3rd party supplier. Not going to get any help from them. Never again.

Gentlemen: On April 24, 2024 I ordered Microsoft Office Student and Home 2021. What I rceived April 29, 2024 was identified as the 2021 version, but in fact was the 2019 version. I have tried several ways to get the company to send me the 2021 version. My latest attempt on 21 June 2024 was to contact Walmart Customer Support by telephone and spoke to Sherilyn. She sent an e-mail to Computer Werx with copy to me requesting Computer Werx to contact me ASAP to arrange to send me the 2021 version as a replacement. I was told that Computer Werx would contact me within 48 hours. That did not happen. I contacted Walmart Customer support again today (1 July 2024) and this time the representative told me there was nothing she could do. This has been a disappointing experience of purchasing through Walmart. I will not do it again. This evening I tried to contact Computer Werx Support but could not because their e-mail address is virus-ridden. So neither Walmart nor Computer Werx has provided what I expect in terms of customer support. Based on my expereience I would not recommend Computer Werx or Walmart. Donald J. Ordered an item on 6/8/24 from Greenview Technologies but through Walmart's website. Received a letter from Greenview several days later that said my item would be shipped in "a few days". Odd thing was that the letter had a USPS shipping label with a tracking number. That triggered Walmart to send an email stating that the item had been delivered. I called Walmart to explain that I never received the item, just a letter. So, Walmart messaged Greenview telling them they needed to ship the item. Greenview responded saying they would "replace" the item ASAP. Still have not received anything other than that first letter. Walmart finally initiated a refund on 6/23/24. Still waiting on that...total scam.
Lila in Customer service is the rudest most unhelpful excuse for help I've ever encountered. The canopy we got was broken and she couldn't care less. She not only refused to help by sending the broken part that we offered to buy, but also refused to give me a supervisor. I will never buy anything from this company again.

My 82 year old father purchased a Bible that was supposed to read to him for a ridiculous sum of money and it never worked. And it never worked. He could not get a refund or a replacement.
I ordered birdseed and it was delivered apparently outside on the street with a picture . Returning home that day no birdseed . I had to call and talk to like 10 people to get a refund and after reading reviews this happens all the time with this company . I am very disappointed with the fraud they are committing.

Horrible customer service. I don’t know how this company is in business? Avoid if you can…shop any other way. I will not be buying from any company that use Pandion in the future. They lost my package and left it up to me to call the sender to report it list. The reps in customer service are clueless. Wish I could leave negative star but I wanted to post review for others to see.
1 star for shipping item to wrong address followed by failure to ship replacement and failure to respond to fellow up email. Walmart should stop doing business with this company!
