I got rhe item and it was so small we couldn't even read it and it didn't give that information when you go to order it online and it give no information and no tracking to send it back then when you try to call no one ever answers

Bought hose for $29.99 on May 31, 2022. Started using said hose August 1, 2022. Used for less than 2 weeks and the hose fell apart from the head. The crimping wasn't that good apparently. Contacted company. We went back and forth. They were rude and very short with me. Will not refund money...will not replace hose. Bad business!!

I is ordered 17 of the 8ft lights and 2 flood lights. I checked them all the day I received them because I knew it would be some time before I installed them. 2 of them kept popping GFCI and when I told Mike he said it must be a cheap outlet, after explaining to him that it’s been in use for 20+ years and we use it on the electric start for our snow blower and doesn’t pop I would try it his way. So when I plugged it in to a standard outlet both lit up on one halt and one started smoking, I took pics and sent it to him and he had an attitude and said I just needed some pics of the issue. I said no problem and figured he would send out 2 new ones and I would send the bad ones back to see what would be the issue. And he would never respond. The products are good when they work. Customer service is absolutely terrible. He claims a 12 year warranty, not even 12 days. I am on all the garage sites telling people to stay away. It’s a shame cause he comes across as a great guy.

I ordered a 10 pack of Lot Fancy N95 masks through Ebay. I got the package 8 days later, only to discover that it was Benehal brand of masks. How the heck do you mess up this type of order?!!!! Contacted seller for return & refund of my order. VERY UPSET!!!!!

I bought a wagon from E-Quanta Solutions at Walmart. They are a third party seller & I probably picked the only wagon that could not be returned at a Walmart with the order number. I, stupidly, sent it as a gift with the idea if the party didn’t want it they could easily return it. I’m so embarrassed, I guess with E-Quanta Solutions you have to request a label. I contacted the company & Amy informed me.

$15 for restocking

$15 for shipping

$ 15 for printing a label

To me this is really bad Customer service & really reflects on Walmart’s customer service policies.

The customer service is horrible. The person tried to twist what I was saying happened to the 10x10 tent. The siding was not even how the pictures look. The wind blew it and the leg bent and couldn't close it back together. I don't understand how something of that price can bend so easily by wind. Also the tent weights recommend by Walmart are the weights I purchased and they did not bend the legs. It flew away and got bent by hitting my shed. I'm not sure why your not approving the refund if I was only able to use it for one day and it bent so badly I couldn't even close the tent back. Then replied they could give a $50 discount to buy a new one. The tent was $150 why would I spend another $100 for aluminum foil, because metal would not have bent that easily where I had to completely break the leg off to close the tent.

Noble Planet knowingly sold me a defective, non working device; when I complained, they 'claimed' they would refund my money, and failed to keep their word. They claimed they did not receive my return, when the US Postal Service tracking number confirmed that they did, and are obviously lying!!It seems by their reviews, they have done this to many other individuals as well! These are unscrupulous people, with a fraudulent business practices, that deceive and swindle consumers.

I purchased a Ktaxon Portable Countertop Ice Maker 44lbs/24 Hours Self Cleaner in Black on Aug 3rd2022 and it was misdelivered by FedEx and I still have yet to get a replacement or a refund considering it wasnt my fault and I am still waiting ?? I received a response email saying to check with my Neighbors on my block to locate my package that FedEx lost !! Now we are playing the waiting game with my money !! my next step is going thru my bank then thats another waiting process but since I had purchased the Ice Maker while it was hot, I have had to purchase another one from another company at a higher price while I fight to get my money back, I will not do business with tis company again !!

I’ve bought and finished many puzzles over the last few years due to Covid. This is the first puzzle I’ve purchased from Little Feet. We’re going to Strasbourg so I thought that would be a fun puzzle. Not! The pieces do not stay together. It’s very frustrating. It’s like they’re all too loose. I certainly would not recommend this company for purchasing puzzles
