This is the biggest joke ever… $40 for two wood pictures. I know the price of lumber went up but damn. I needed a laugh and sure did get one when my wife’s “wreaths” showed up! Don’t buy from this company! It’s a scam!

The worst internet experience and worst customer service. Their products ship from China and by the time you realize it, it’s too late. Walmart needs to get smarter and remember be them as an outside vendor. I cancelled part of my order 2 weeks ago and today tells me it shipped November 20. I will also report them to American Express.

1 star is higher then Skadeu Inc deserves according to our experience. I've been contacting them via email since mid Oct. 2021, regarding a flawed product but haven't gotten any response. Their phone number, (720) 551-5322, has also been disconnected. Skadeu's customer service is non existent. We wouldn't advise anyone to trust in products sold by Skadeu. The company has no honor.

If your pet needs a winter coat, be aware their size chart is off by several inches. An XL wouldn't snap around our 7 pound dog, though the chart stats stated it would be over sized. I requested they exchange it for a larger size or refund the money. As of Nov 27, 2021, still no response from Skadeu.

The items (2 yard flags) delivered was not the yard flags I picked out but was charged for some other inferior quality yard flags Good Point Trading, Inc sent out for delivery. If a contract seller doesn’t have the item they should say so instead of trying to unload other items in its place. Now I have to drive to Walmart to return these poor quality plastic flags, and still do not have the gift I wanted for a friend... Time is money and gas for customers too! Will not buy from this sub-seller again:(:(:(

WHAT A SHAME. Progress mobility cannot be open on weekend???? Why not???? I keep trying to call them at 1-866-686-9694 at least a hundred times now but they just do not answer.

If I go to Walmart I can speak to somebody on the weekends so what's the big deal with these people at progressmobility.com????

A reputable company must be open 24/7 even on holidays to satisfy their customers' needs day and night.

My grandpa told me that you get what you pay for, so why not getting my blue table that I ordered yesterday????

If I am still not receiving it by today at 5 than I will be posting another complaint and will do so every other hours so they will know not to mess with Sean.

I agree with Steve that the progress mobility company is a joke. I also looked them up at https://progressmobility.com/ and could not even talked to Derek.

My table came 2 weeks later when it was supposed to.

On July 13, 2021 I purchased a mobility scooter carrier platform that they told me was in stock as of July 8th, on July 19th I called to find out tracking information and it was at this time I was told that the item I needed was not in stock and would not be until July 31, BUT THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CHARGING MY CARD FOR THE FULL AMMOUNT OF $349.00, on July 31 it is too late for me to use, I had asked for a refund yesterday and was told that I would receive a cancellation e mail by the evening and that did not happen, today I inquired about the cancellation e mail and did not get any response, they do not answer their phones or return messages, I think this is a stall tactic to get the item in stock so they can charge me the 20% re stocking fee. I WOULD LIKE AN IMMEDIATE FULL REFIND

I made a purchase from progress mobility. I used their finance company Greenway Finance. I made my initial payment and never received my order. I made several calls to their customer service and was reassured my order would arrive. They never provided tracking as I requested, and when funds were taken from my account today after I called in and cancelled my order earlier this week I called into speak to customer service, he constantly told me he has to get permission to cancel the order. I explained to him I wanted to speak to a supervisor or someone above him and he refused saying "there are no managers available". After going over this several time Francisco the customer service rep hung up the phone on me................................................

Terrible, terrible seller. I don't understand what their deal is. They "shipped" my items, then sent me a cancellation notice. The tracking, which I understand now is fake, tracked all the way to delivered. Nothing was delivered. I contacted Amazon to complain and confirm that a refund was actually given. Why is this awful company allowed to sell on Amazon still?!

A New York scam operation that Walmart online has not yet jettisoned. Ordered a $600 camera. Told that the order would be delayed. When the order was finally sent out, nothing was in the package. I'm thinking of sending the pigs at this company my own little surprise through the mail.

This is BULLSHIT! I am having the same problem. Ordered 2 controllers on Nov 1 that were supposed to be delivered by the 17th. I have spoken to Wal-Mart 3 times and they can never reach someone at the company. They emailed them multiple times with no response. This is unexceptable! Why is Wal-Mart still allowing this company to be a 3rd party vendor?

A 10 November, 2021 order was never received. The company says it was delivered. After checking with neighbors, no delivery.

I contacted Hot Trade through Walmart - response - Their response was - It was delivered.

No product, no refund, no REAL communication.

Run from this company, they obviously do not know how business works in America.
