I ordered a marble cheese cutter and when received it is damaged. Foot broken off, wire all bent, handle broken. I have tried to go to their customer service link but it just spins.
i am unhappy with this company because they sent me a phone case i had order and its broken and they will not let me return it back.

I ordered Shiseido perfume twice from this company through walmart.com. First time I received an email that a refund was given due to damaged in shipping. But ordered it again through same company only this time a shipping box arrived in the mail today only no product inside. Now waiting to find out what what happened to it or when the refund will be given back. One star unless they can solve this quick
I bought a shiatsu/massage pad through Wal Mart & received it without the ac adapter. I can't find anyone to assist me. I'd love to keep it, but without the ac adapter it's useless to me.
i bought a $23 dollar converter, tried to return it because it wasn't what I thought I needed. My mistake, said I'd pay the return shipping. So what do they do say there going to charge me a restocking fee. Now how does that bullshit make sense!! I bought it I'm paying for the shipping back and you want charge me more money than your even willing to give me back. Offered me 12% back on a $23 item, that's 3 dollars fokes. Worst business tactics ever!!!!
Purchased a MP3 player that stated over 10 hours of battery life. Didnt even last 2. Am trying to return the product but the seller is stalling. Do not buy from this vendor, Walmart should kick them out of their market place!!! One star is too much for this vendor.
This company would not give me a full refund and instead responded with an email that was rather threatening if I returned the item for a full refund. Never ordering from them again. Buyer be ware!

Do not use this vendor. I needed to return boxed cards and they never returned emails or voice mail. The customer service number only goes to voice mail.
I ordered some joggers in men’s XL, and when they came the size fit more like it was a boys XL. Followed the instructions set by Walmart, received an email from the Foremost Resource which looked like a spam email, and after reluctantly emailing them back to return their merchandise, I did not hear back from them. Thank goodness Walmart listened to me, and issued a refund. Interestingly enough after Walmart issued my credit, I get an email from this other company that was suppose to give the credit stated, “check your account, a credit has been issued.” I just shook my head, and did not respond. The product I purchased were the Harem trouser joggers, they are not what they seem especially in size. I’m a female who wanted to have some roomy, comfort pants to lounge in and unfortunately these were not it! Again, thank you Walmart for putting the customer first, and this coming from someone who has never been in a brink and mortar structure or mail order from Walmart..thought I’d take a look at what they offered. Thank you!
Ordered some fleece lined leggings from Walmart through this company. They came WAY undersized and the return links on Walmart.com only come up with blank pages. Searched the company name and found this. Roughly $30 down the drain on leggings that don’t fit. Wish there was an option of zero stars.
I have not received my whole order, but tracking says it was delivered. I'm missing 2 packages still and no one ever emails me back information on where they are or how to return the items they delivered. This is horrible customer service and Wal-mart should be ashamed for working with a company like this. I will not shop at Wal-mart again.

The company is a rip off agent. It will not refund anything if the package is opened even if the item is not used. The return policy is well hidden and appears only on the package. It does not provide a return label. Avoid this scammer all you can. We bought an expensive item which had requirements not stated in the online description which we discovered AFTER we opened the package. We returned it paying for the return.
The reply was highhanded, bordering on rude. It requested that we send money if we wanted the item back.
I purchased a robot vacuum from Walmart.com and am not happy with the performance. I have gone back and forth with ilife with no luck of returning it. They want me to wait a few weeks and keep sending me short messages about ways to improve the performance. The youtube videos they sent me even say that the product doesn't perform well. I wont ever see my return label I'm sure.

As stated by others, I ordered a drone and was told it shipped on Oct 11 and receive on Oct 18. No drone, no tracking records nothing. Contact Walmart and they forward my message to this company. Honestly I don’t understand how people can get by doing this. I also notice Walmart is no longer selling the drone. Contacting Attorney General in New York for action so others don’t get screwed.
