Where do I start...first, I really liked this vacuum because it's really compact...not very powerful...but, flexible. My wife appreciated the compactness and versatile design. Now the bad...it stopped working 5 months after we purchased it. So...I contact this vendor. They suggest ways to bring it back from the dead. Tried them! Back and forth communication with our wonderful trading partners: CHINA. After that...I was passed to a 2nd supplier/distributor who started all over again with the "try this...try that". Of course the vendor had no intent on helping...it's called the Chinese shuffle. Even Walmart CS would not step in and help. I will not go through this again. Caveat emptor!

Tracking info said my package had been delivered. I checked with my local post office only to find that the seller had shipped the package to a different and incorrect address elsewhere in town. I emailed the seller asking them to reship to the correct address. Four days later and no response so I contacted Walmart and they issued me a refund. Looking through the reviews, it looks like shipping items to the wrong addressed and not responding to customer complaints is something this seller does frequently.

I ordered an HP computer from the walmart marketplace web page from Bervieelectronics. It came in only a couple of days, but it's not what I ordered. The shipping document in the box for the PC I received matches what I ordered online (order # 200012255672322): HP Desktop Computer 6305 Pro-SFF A4 Series A4-5300b, 4GB DDR3 250GB DVD, Windows 10 Home, WIFI, 1-yr warranty. What I received instead is an HP-6005 Pro-SFF running Windows 7 Pro and 8GB Ram on a 74 GB HDD. Nobody is answering the phone # on the order/billing slip and the shipping box from Tucker, GA: 404-353-6277 so I left a voicemail message. I would like Bervie electronics to call me at 478-397-9024 to fix their mistake.

They showed the address were it was delivered. Zoz Fitness LLC had shipped to the wrong address. Now on 08/02/2024 Walmart has refunded my money . This has happened before.

However, the product contained inside is not the actual cleanser, which is of a thick grey consistency. Item received was a watery green lotion type product. Wrote negative review on Wal-Mart site and it was subsequently removed. Do Not Waste Your Hard Earned Money on this fake product!

The item came from Amazon and wasn't sears, if you try to return to amazon you lose around 19 dollars....I followed their return policy and surprise they received product but never gave me credit. Scammers for sure! Through Walmart Marketplace, I ordered 10 cases of water, they sent 1 and claimed order complete. I emailed numerous times, they wouldn’t provide proof of FedEx delivery of all. Now they claim to be out of stock. It was a deal too good to be true. I will continue my battle with Walmart now, based on principle and the fact that Walmart should not be doing business with these scammers.

This time I ordered a shirt for "free" pay shipping only, and I see a charge on my card for $29.95 which was NOT authorized! I've called and left messages and sent several emails with no response.
