Horrible customer service. I purchased a laptop three months ago for Christmas and just recently opened it to prepare for the next college term. The laptop malfunctioned after the second use and this company would not provide a refund. I know a company can defect a product with the manufacturer yet they didn’t even offer to replace the laptop so I am out over 500$. I would not recommend this company.
I got the exact same email. I didn't even notice I was ordering from this company, thought it was just plain old walmart. Not impressed.

I purchase a hoover board from this company from Walmart web site. Just finding out it's only 30 day warranty now my daughter hoover board last only 3 weeks and than broke. Just trying to replace it now ,but being I waited after the 30 days they will not replace it. I wish they had that posted on the site when I purchased it 30 warranty. That's money in the trash. I will not be ordering again from these sites online from Walmart.
Oh goodness what a mess these guys are! I ordered a dress and it delivered late, AFTER the event I was planning to wear to was over. I already took a few days of grace period considering things happen sometimes but it still sis not arrive after it was 3 days past the delivery date. And then I had to buy some freaking expensive dress from elsewhere at last moment wasting all my time. I finally received something in my mailbox after 7 days. And the quality is so cheap, that I cant wear it anywhere. I assumed the quality would be okay kind so I will be able to wear for that event but even there I could not, THANKS TO THERE JOKE DELIVERY SERVICE. And now I try to return it, they are charging $10 and some $4 as a creepy restocking fees. Such harassment and abuse!. Giving one star because I have to post it.

The item I received did not look anything like what was advertised. I only paid $14.99 and since they charge a 20% restocking fee and $10.00 shipping fee, it is not worth returning. It looks terrible and had some kind of fuzz all over it. Very disappointed and would never order from this vendor. Also Walmart should not allow this vendor on their website. I thought I could return it to Walmart and that was my mistake for not making sure I could return it to Walmart.
Can i give less than one star? Just like everyone else said. Sent the wrong item and charged me a restocking fee. They won't be on Walmart.com much longer. I talked to a supervisor that couldn't believe about pathetic their customer service is. They also lied and said this was not their fault, but it was Walmart's for not changing their listing! What?!?!? They are the one's that said what they have for sale, how is Walmart supposed to know you know longer have that version in stock! Whatever, Walmart is giving me a full refund, and they are now up for review...so long!!!
Do not buy from this company. The items were described as 100% cotton, but were actually 35% cotton and 65% polyester. They also have a very short return window, but this is not obvious anywhere when you place an order. Returns are extremely difficult and I was only refunded after my phone call to Walmart Customer Care was escalated to the Resolution Center. They are not a reputable company.
This company sucks, I recently purchased a coat for my dog. I ordered an extra large. It did not even cover half of my medium size dog. I returned the coat and was charged a 20% restocking fee and $10.00 delivery. This is grossly unfair. I will never order anything that comes from them again.

Seller never delivered item. 6 emails to Hagen Publix. 3 emails to Walmart and 5 phone calls to Walmart issue never resolved. 1 call to Visa-issue resolved. Worst customer service both them and Walmart.
The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered a robotic vacuum but what I received was a robotic “Sweeper”! Went to Walmart to return it only to find out I have to request a return to Betteryourlife. So that was done and they responded asking for pictures of which I sent showing a Sweeper and not a Vacuum! They replied that is what I ordered and offered a $10 refund! Really????? Mind you all the emails I received were from a person who cannot spell and cannot put words together that make any sense! So unprofessional! I sent a very nasty reply back advising I was going to call Walmart’s corporate office to advise them what kind of company they have partnered with! They replied that I could send the item back for a refund. I told them I am not going to pay to return a product I didn’t order and don’t trust they will refund my money. I am going to sell the product myself and go elsewhere to buy what I want! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They don’t deserve any stars but had to put 1 in order to send review!!!!
I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing something from this company! They are terrible. Don't be fooled by the Walmart free returns policy. This company is not included in that. I purchased a coat from them via Walmart.com and returned to Walmart for a free return, but still had to pay $10 to return for shipping and restocking. I contacted the company and they could care less.

I purchased a bottle of Jadore perfume as a Christmas gift through Wal-Mart from Virventures. The bottle leaked as it has a defective seal. I contacted Virventures within the 30-day return window about the problem. Virventures waited more than 14-days to respond to my email which put it past the 30-day return window and then rejected my return request. They also refused to respond to a Wal-Mart C/S inquiry. They are horrible...don't purchase from them! They deserve 0 stars!

Same experience as all of the above. Unable to contact Comicpower Inc. No help from Walmart. Have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to have the charges reversed and see if that gets attention from Walmart.
Too bad the minimum star rating is 1 as they deserve below zero. Will never shop online with Walmart again and will likely never go into another Walmart store as there are many options like Target and Costco who have much superior customer service.
