LESS THAN ONESTAR RATING--ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The date of delivery was extended by six days without any prior notification of the delay for merchandise that was needed ASAP. Horrible company and service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVEN THOUGH THE PRICES MAY BE BETTER THAN SOME OTHER COMPANIES!!!

I’ve had horrible experiences with this carrier. They’ve lost two of my packages (I saw lost but I truly believe the person doing the delivery just steals them)

First it was an order from Saks that was delivered to a total different zip code and then an order from Dermastore that had a picture of delivered from an abandoned gas station.

I was suspicious when I got a notice of my order arriving at the Port of Los Angelos - for a USA manufactured product. Priced to good to be true? FAKE

Be careful of buying anything from Walmart that is provided by vendors. The item will say sold and shipped by ..... and then the companies name that is going to mail you the item. I bought a product supplied by a vendor and it was delivered to an address in another state. The vendor provided a tracking number which clearly stated that the item was delivered to North Carolina not New Jersey. I called Walmart and they said that they would not provide a refund for the lost package until the vendor refunded the payment to them. There is no way to contact the vendor other than email, no phone number, no address, etc. This is a terrible policy by Walmart. They sold the product, they were the company that received my payment and not they just say, well wait for the vendor. I am going to report this to the better business bureau and file a complaint. Never buy anything on the Walmart website that is not being sold by them.

I ordered 2 sweaters and 2 cardigans (in large and extra large, not knowing which one would fit), and I was told that if I ordered over $35.00, it would be free shipping. The sweater was not black, it was gray and the other one was so long, it almost reached my knees, and both were see through. I returned them to Walmart and they did not return the difference of what I paid and what was charged to me when I ordered the items. The difference is $8.99 and I am not happy. It took an hour to return them and then she said I have to contact you for the problem. I am very upset. This is only the second time I have ordered online, and no one told me about 3rd party, Walmart is not going to refund the 8.99. This is not the way you treat customers. Please get back to me asap. Thank you.

Bought these shoes for my Aunt and they did not have enough arch support. I have been trying for nearly two weeks to get a return label and they will not respond. I plan to contact the better business bureau and lodge a complaint. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased 2 electric chairs from Yodolla on May 12,2021 and they do not work. I notify the Yodolla Company within three days of putting the chairs together; I noticed that they were damaged.

Yodolla agree to assist with the refund but never did anything. I have called, emailed Yodolla and Amazon for 3 years and neither company have assisted me with a refund or and exchange.

Yodolla stop responding to calls and emails. Amazon stated that they have an A-Z policy which will assist you with getting your money back if you order through them. They have not refunded my money nor have Amazon used any A-Z policy to assist me

I have sent photos and videos of the damaged chairs to both Yodolla and Amazon however, neither have provided assistance with obtaining a refund or and exchange.

Now I am told by Amazon that it has been to long for them to assist. I have call both companies and e-mailed both companies for 3 years how is it to long for them to assist me.

These two companies have a ZERO Rating from me.

I purchased a male mannequin from Dkeli in September I was trying to dress it for C hristmas the arms will not stay attached and one of the legs broke out the socket its a piece of crap I will nor purchased anything from this company again or refer to anyone

Gloves arrived in a clear plastic with no other paperwork such as brand, leather care if they are even leather. Fingers extended far beyond the inner lining. Will not purchase from this company again or recommend to anyone. Gave one star because they arrived in a timely fashion.

Don't buy. Customer service is bullshit. They refuse to do a return or exchange. All they want to do is send you parts for you to fix it yourself. I try contacting Walmart it self that was a waste of time. They do nothing. Try to cancel my plan I take out with the heat press and they refuse to cancel it. Walmart keep sending me to all state, all state keep sending me to Walmart.

SELLER IS A SCAMER WITH A BBB RATING 'F'!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY SITE! I purchased a small three drawer chest. The problem is the misleading representation of the item and because of that I am unable to use it! The drawer fronts are 5",6" and 6" and 17 1/2 inches wide, but all three drawers are only 15" wide with 3 1/8" depth and only 4" clearance, and only 13" deep! The chest is 16 1/2" deep. The ad states that it is 18" deep and it is only 16 1/2" deep and only 23 5/8" wide not 24"

So now I am out the money, and stuck with a chest that I can't use, because what I need to put in it will not fit! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK, WHICH WILL COST MORE THAN THE ITEM

This is their response to my email I sent to them.

Dear Susan Fisher,

The item must be returned within 10 days after receiving this RA.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION #, ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wrap the package carefully in the original manufacturer’s packaging

2. Return the item(s) to the address provided using your preferred shipping carrier.

3. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.

4. Provide us with the tracking number/s of the return. The tracking will be on the receipt provided by your shipping carrier.

Refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected by our warehouse.

NOTICE:

A. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.

B. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

C. Customers are responsible for returns to any address other than instructed.

We generally complete the inspection of returned goods within two business days of receipt in our warehouse and process the refund. It may take 2 to 3 additional business days for the refund to credit to your account.

Food purchased made my dog throw up. HardyPaw would not take it back. Stick with Petsmart or Chewy they care about your pet.

Delivery was very slow and shipping cost expensive.
