Same experience as all of the above. Unable to contact Comicpower Inc. No help from Walmart. Have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to have the charges reversed and see if that gets attention from Walmart.

Too bad the minimum star rating is 1 as they deserve below zero. Will never shop online with Walmart again and will likely never go into another Walmart store as there are many options like Target and Costco who have much superior customer service.

I ordered water filters for my refrigerator. It was suppose to be 3 filters and I only received 1, which was not what was pictured or described on the website. I was charged for the 3. I contacted them about the mistake but never received a response. It's been 4 days now and I'm still waiting on a reply. Will never order them again.

Customer Service rep was rude and unprofessional. I would advise people to use caution when buying anything sold by this company.. You may have a hard time returning or exchanging the item.

Order was purchased on Walmart.ca on December 29, 2018. 2 phone calls and 1 email to Walmart before they could tell me the “new” tracking information which was 2 days late from my second call. Emailed the “seller company” and got a broken English email which said give them 1-3 business days to send the order, all the while the original tracking number didn’t work and no update was made.

Final email sent to the “seller company” and call to Walmart. Ended with refund which was the right thing Walmart can do in this kind of situation. Don’t purchase anything from their 3rd party sellers from Walmart’s website unless it’s a known company (big name distributor/business).

“Comicpower Inc.” is a scam company and Walmart needs to screen their 3rd party sellers better, it has an F rating on the Better Business Bureau website.

Absolutely awful. Item took two months to arrive and I have requested a refund multiple times with zero response.

I ordered a power cord and it didn’t work...even though it was listed as the correct one. All I wanted was a return label and they will not acknowledge that. They just keep saying I need to mail it to a certain address. I’m afraid if I pay to ship it back, they will not give me a refund. I believe this company is scamming people.

I wish I would have read these reviews. This company is awful. I bought these gaming headsets for my son for Christmas. They done work however this company keeps asking me to send a video. I have explained that the video will show nothing and they keep emailing me about asking me for a video. My issue is that I have already purchased a new headset I just want a refund. I’m guessing based on the other comments I won’t get one.

Horrible experience! I received my items, but needed to return them as they were a duplicate gift. It took 3 emails of back and forth to get a straight answer of how to return the unopened items as their return policy didn’t make sense. In one of the emails I was told I would be charged a restocking fee. This was not in their return info and told them I did not agree to that. I paid for shipping and handling myself so I had a tracking number. The items were returned based on the tracking info, but Sawpy claims they did not receive the items in our 4th email so no refund. I do NOT recommend purchasing items from this place. They have been a huge headache to deal with. They get 1 star only because the review requires me to. Otherwise they wouldn’t even get that.

Total scam. Lesson learned. Never ever purchase from Walmart or Walmart.ca ever again for any reason. How can Walmart stand by and do nothing in the face of so much customer harm? Well, looks like Amazon, Canadian Tire, Hudson's Bay, Best Buy and any number of other retailers will get my business going forward because Walmart gets nothing ever again. Hope and trust others will do the same. Oh, I've disputed the credit card charge which means that Walmart will have to explain why the charge is valid. Wonder how they will do that when Comicpower hasn't honored their terms of use, deliver damaged and subpar products if they deliver at all. While I hope this recourse will work, I'll believe it when I see it.

Purchased a new item, I received a used item in a torn package. Spoke to representative of dealclock that told me It’s not there fault and I will receive a return shipping label in 2 business days.

I think it is time o shut down the walmart on line order it seems that the people at walmart do not want to do any thing about comicpower inc. or all file a law suite against them. i cannot get a response from comicpower inc. i tryed to call the phone number and left about 20 messages no one called me back i do not know how walmart got involved with these scammers

Idiots in my local Walmart didn't know they accept returns from 3rd party. I wasted so much time that my return window closed.

The seller customer service gave mercy and made me a return label. Score on them.

Fraudulent order twice!!! Done spoke to Fraud department at my bank as well as Walmart.com and the authorities. Your company is scum!
