I ordered sylvania Christmas lights. Tyzetoyz sent GE. I asked for them to send me the correct items. Their response was, I send a label, you return the GE, then I will send the correct. Sylvania lights. So, I asked, why., If you had sylvania, why did I get GE???

I was on a time line. I used the lights knowing at this point I would not be able to return them. They respnded with, "if you used them, there isn't anything they can do. Duh!!! I said to go back a d re-read my order a d emails (at this point will see what took place). We wouldn't be having an conversation . PERIOD. I would check a ZERO star if I could. No wonder their rating is 1.1

Well I guess this brand is garbage, they did the same thing to me. Shipped and then canceled the order saying it was delivered. You can't reach them either b/c it says out of service.

Purchased a Karaoke Machine and it did not work at all. Customer service was rude and did nothing to resolve the situation. Walmart then did nothing to resolve the situation as well. Canceled plus membership and credit cards, will not be doing any form of business with them in the future. Would give negative stars if I could

Poor company. Sold me a defective x shot blaster. Wouldn't make good on it even though I had original packing and unused.

Stay away from this company at all costs.

I ordered an item from them said it was shipped then they charged me 15 mins later FedEx said the order was canceled by seller. Contacted tyeztoyz to get it resolved was very short and unprofessional with me then stated they dont sell the item I purchased. Contact walmart.com and they were able to refund me my money. Will never do business with tyeztoyz again

I just placed an order for solar pond pumps, I truly hope there will be no issues. Will take several weeks to arrive, not happy about that. I hope they work and I can write a great review!!

Ordered two, one is not working as the first one. I can't even find a link to contact seller. I would rather have bought on Amazon where at least, I could contact them for a solution. I will try to get a return at store.

Illegal activity by unethical seller and by Walmart. False advertising and unfair competition. I'm not sure why Walmart does business with this company. They listed a pool for $648 when it was available for purchase then reduced the price to $494 when it became unavailable and unavailable for pre-order. I called Walmart and two supervisors with customer support confirmed that the price will go back up when it becomes available again. One supervisor said "it's a made up price and will go up when it becomes available again". Walmart and this supplier are intentionally providing false product advertising and have unfair competition with this unethical and illegal technique.

Kind of rude. Bought something that shows its sold and shipped by them but them telling me its not i cant go by walmart website... just seemed a little short with me when i inquired.

I recently bought one of these (08/27/2018). It’s already not working! Not happy at all! Between Dell and All State, I’ve heard so much crap. How much would I lose if I return this computer?
