Ordered 3 cans of spray paint that I did not use because wrong color. Returned through Walmart store immediately. Walmart paid return shipping. Original cost was $40.17. Seller issued refund of $10.17. They charged me handling fees for each item and 3 x shipping fees even though items returned at same time in one box(original). Total rip off, dishonest seller. Return shipping cost them zero, they charged me $24! Also handling fee's x 3! Do not do business with these jerks.
Do not order from this place. Send wrong item and I would have to pay for return. After reading reviews did not return item as it would cost me more. Gave it up as a lesson learned
I ordered a handheld sprayer and when I got it there was no sprayer nozzle or hose in the box. I have sent it back to vendor by Fedex. I hope they will look in the boxes before sending them out with missing parts in the future.
Ended up paying return shipping and restocking fee for a thermometer that didn’t read accurately. Sent three emails to them, no response. Paying for shipping/restocking with nothing to show for it amounts to stealing in my point of view. Hope this at least helps someone else before they order from this seller. Avoid them

DON'T SHOP AT WALMART.COM!!!!! I wish I had known this website existed prior to dealing with Supply The Home through Walmart.com! I ordered an adhesive product that upon arrival was mashed and later than I expected. Not realizing this was purchased through the "Walmart Marketplace" I tried to return the product to Walmart, and had instead to "begin a return" on Walmart.com. Via email I was told my entire purchase price would be refunded, only to have a subsequent email show that I would instead be paying for FedEx fees and a restocking charge, which is NOT an obvious policy when you order thru Walmart. Had I known this when I began the return, I would have kept the product and donated it to someone else who could use it! I contacted the vendor and was told the product wasn't late, so forget about getting any additional refund. What a horrible company!!!!! So, I learned a valuable lesson: BEWARE ORDERING FROM WALMART.COM. You may be dealing with one of their horrible "marketplace vendors." I honestly had no idea. I guess I should slow down and make sure who I'm dealing with. Although, I think I'll just avoid Walmart.com completely for fear of a repeat of this issue, and tell everyone else who will listen. BTW, by the time Supply the Home took their share, I ended up with a 36-cent refund. What a joke. I wish there was some other rating lower than one star.
Tried to order a stylish over-the-shoe rainboot from Walmart with this company as the Seller. The list the size required for one's shoe size but there is no place to click for the size. Searched everywhere and could not find it at the order site.
Ordered two humidifiers. Both arrived in boxes looked like they were after a car accident. Parts inside the boxes were out of plastic packets; hopefully, nothing was lost. One of humidifiers had a very loud fan, so I sent it back (I had to pay for UPS). It was delivered on next day, but I had to contact Supply The home 10 days later to remind them about refund. Refund was finally issued, but at this moment I have learned that "Per our policy, which is listed on the Walmart website next to our name, there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items." Will never use this company again.
I wish I would have found this site earlier :( I ordered a humidifier and this company sent the wrong model number. I paid more because I thought I was getting the better model. Now I’m starting the return process and based on other reviews I don’t think I will get very far. So frustrating to not get what you paid for.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company. The return process was terrible. The communication was terrible and they didn't not refund my money until I contacted them a month after my return having never received my refund. I would never order from this company again and am shocked by the fact that Walmart partners with them.
Worst experience ever, I dont understand how walmart can work with a company like this. According to SUPPLY THE HOME, they dont send a return shipping label because they expect for us to pay for shipping at this point there's no point to do a return since it will cost me more to ship it than what it cost. Not only that but when I went to Walmart to return item, a cashier advised me that this stupid company had sent me the wrong item. I ordered some bike lockers with 5 being the highest security and they sent me a 2. NEVER AGAIN!
Return policy of Linda recommendedd cost you more for shipping than you pay for wrong items rec'd. Would not recommend Supply The Home.

Purchased what I thought were quarts of paint. When they came in they were 1/4 pints. Brought them back to Walmart and they told me I had to send them back to company. I got an email from Walmart, but not one from place they were from about returning them. I used all information Walmart gave me to send them back. After trying to send them ups and fedex ( neither company would ship paint) I went to post office and paid to have hazardous material shipped. I waited a month with no refund. I contacted PayPal because I still did not have refund and had to submit receipt for shipping with tracking number, I had confirmation package was delivered, and email from Walmart and my claim was denied. Totally disgusted with company and its underhanded misrepresentation of product and refusal to refund my money.
Worst customer service. Returned an item i didn't need and i paid the shipping back and once they got it decided to state a 20% restocking fee. im never ordering from them again. I'm not sure why Wal-mart still has them as a 3rd party seller with such unclear and unsatisfying policy's
Supply the Home (Walmart) switched models (different letter at the end of a model number) during the on-line ordering process. I hit the "Process Order" button before realizing the switch. Called Walmart immediately (their website) to alert and cancel the order. Walmart said the order was cancelled. The cancelled order was just delivered. Don't trust Supply the Home.
My order #5591883-662639 RCA Ant1052F Flat Antenna purchased on on 10/15/18 arriving on 10/23/18 and bought on-line through Walmart. I would like a REFUND of $17.42 applied to my charge account! This item DOES NOT WORK!
