Save yourself a HEADACHE and stay away! I ordered 4 cans of paint which they shipped in 2 boxes. Opened one box (did not open the paint can) and found out that the paint was not appropriate for my home improvement project. NEVER opened the second box. Returned paint via Fed Ex (as described on marketplace). Company only refunded only 1 can of paint. Emailed to find out why I only received a refund for one can when 4 cans were returned. Company says 3 of the 4 cans arrived damaged and will not issue a refund. How can 3 of the 4 paint cans be damaged if I only opened one box which contained two cans? ( one of the boxes was never opened). Emailing with the company regarding this return has been useless. Walmart you need to remove this seller from your Marketplace if you are really committed to providing superior customer service. Supply the Home is a reprehensible company.
Sent wrong part. Took pictures to provide measurements of the part sent and were told we measured wrong. We measured according to manufacturers diagram. Found a work around that involved cutting and soldering the part because we assumed we'd never get our money back.
The items were delivered too late. The return procedure is not clear. I received the items in one package but when I ask to return they said that the items must be packed in separately package and will send return labels. I didn't get these labels anymore.
I had the same exact experience as another customer mentioned on July 31. My pool filter was “delivered” to another town. I did get a refund from Wal-Mart though.
I ordered some pool filters on 7/19/20 and just yesterday got an email that they were delivered on 7/24/20. That was news to me as I haven't seen the item yet. So I looked up the tracking on it and it was delivered to a completely different city about 4 hours away. I have sent two emails to inquire about where my order went and NO ONE has bothered to reply but they were able to charge my credit card. So no clue where my filters are now and I can't get a response back either. I hate walmart and never go into the store. Now I'll never shop online w/ them either. Terrible customer service.
I ordered some wall anchors from "Supply The Home". through Walmart. According to what was advertised I was supposed to receive 20 wall anchors for $5.27. When the shipment came there were only 2 wall anchors. When I asked about the other 18 pieces I was told that there was a mix up at the warehouse and that the items were no longer available. So i went back to Walmart's website and looked up the wall anchors that I had purchased. Sure enough they are still available from Supply The Home but the price has gone up and the quantity has gone from 20 pieces to 2 pieces, this change was made in 1 day. Basically i discovered a mistake in their advertising and instead of honoring their part of the deal and rewarding me for finding their mistake they came up with a bogus excuse as to why I wouldn't receive my full order. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I definitely should have listened to the reviews and never order from this seller. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago because they gave an estimated shipping date only to find out after two weeks because I reached out that the item they sold me was sold out and wouldn’t be in stock for an additional 2 weeks. Why would they continue to sell customers sold out products, that is unprofessional and so disrespectful. After contacting them one of their team members had the audacity of telling me and I quote “ We sold hundreds of these floats, it's not like we didn't have them in stock, we sold out“, who talks like this to a customer after admitting you sold and promised a delivery on an already sold out product, Linda from supply by home is terrible and should be given a customer service course. I will file a complaint with Wal-Mart also because this supplier shouldn’t be selling anyone with the many bad reviews it has. I will make sure this is handled.
I will never order from from this company again. I ordered an item which came up to be $80.00. SupplyTheHome somehow put the wrong tracking number which changed the address to the entire package, which is showing the package was delivered somewhere, I didn’t receive the package, now I’m waiting for my money back, not happy at all. Wal-Mart needs to cancel all business with this company. This company doesn’t deserve any stars.
I'm currently trying to return an item purchased through this vendor. I printed the return label through walmart.com (which states bring to a walmart store to process the return). I took the product to the walmart store. At this time I am being told by the store manager only the vendor can process the return. Already I am frustrated; and reading the reviews on the vendor isn't providing much hope.
MY SUGGESTION IS NOT TO PURCHASE FROM WALMART.COM; I HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO RETURN AN ONLINE PURCHASE!
I was sent the wrong part even though the shipping label had the right size listed. I went to walmart.com and quickly got a return to the store done with no problem. I give a one star rating because of the hassle of being sent the wrong part in the first place.
Ordered some weed killer from them and never received the product. When I tracked the package I discovered Supply The Home didn't ship it to the wrong address. I will not purchase from this company ever again.
This third party vendor is horrible at refunding purchases. I have been waiting since May 6, 2020 for a $115 refund. I've communicated with this vendor several times, including providing proof of return. Last communication was June 7 in response for my fourth request for refund status and their response was, "For some reason this refund was stuck on pending status. I manually went in and submitted that refund to you. Please expect to see the refund back to your original form of payment within the next 2-5 business days." It is now June 17 and I've still not received my refund. I will never do online shopping with Wal-Mart again.
They advertised free shipping on the Wal-Mart app but I had to pay the post office 13.25 before it could be delivered and I cannot get reimbursed false advertising
Walmart.com Needs to know that SUPPLY THE HOME does not know how to package ITEMS so they will not get BROKEN during shipping.
This company tips people off in the worst possible way. They seek items for fifteen times the price the item actually costs. They hide important details, like the size of the container, so one would think they are getting a much larger, bulk amount.
They shouldn't be in business.
Shame on Walmart and Amazon for allowing them to steal from the customers who shop on their platforms.

They should be imprisoned for inflating prices during a pandemic, after all, it is illegal.
I'd like to give a zero star rating.
I was looking for spray paint and found what I needed, Rustoleum satin enamel spray paint. Then I looked at the price, $13.78. WTF. This can sells elsewhere for $3.50-$5.00. Walmart needs to drop this company asap and they need to start reviewing the products and prices posted by third party distributors before they do their damage. Now that I know the dynamics between Walmart and their distributors, I’ll never again assume they have the best price and will have to shop around.
This store is terrible. It took forever to get my order. I tried to cancel the order before shipment and they refused to respond and shipped THE WRONG product. The worst.
Ordered a Weller d550 solder gun was shipped a wall leak 992 without my knowledge never heard of of this brand can't believe Walmart lets a company like this do their shipping
I ordered what I believed was a bulk quantity (at least 12 bottles) of Glade Air Freshener and was charged $13.47. When I received my order, I received one can of air freshener. I contacted Supply the Home and they never offered a refund but told me to ship the 1 item back in the original packaging. I will not return 1 can of spray as it has already cost me $13.47 where the cost is normally between $0.89 or $1.00 and believe it will cost the same to have it shipped back. They are egregious and should be reported. I have contacted Wal-Mart via email and posted all of these reviews.
I also ordered a product from Walmart and SupplyTheHome sent me the wrong items. When I received an email from Linda at Supply The Home she was very condescending. I never heard back from her after explaining the problem with my order and never received a credit or the proper item.
I must agree with some other comments. Why does Walmart want to be associated with such poor customer service?
