Do not BUY FROM THIS company. I bought the iPad air two new in an open box with protective case ,tempered glass ,charger and Pen , when it arrived it was in a plain white box , no case and had a Gas station charger with it not to mention it had scratches and nics All over it and to Beat all it won’t charge . .If I could give this company no stars I would .

This is terrible, I ordered an iPad for my daughter for Christmas and first it was delayed and came days late which was fine but when it got here it is a basically a box with a different knock off charger in it and a crushed stylus pen. Walmart should be ashamed. I can’t believe the would allow this vendor to sell on their site. When I purchased I wasn’t aware that it was a their party seller that I was buying from.

RIP off. Third party vendor with 30 day policy for returns. All the items they promised were not in the box. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves. I called my catd company and disputed the charges for a laptop over 12 years old.

Theses people are the absolute WORST company you can do business with!!! I recently purchased an Apple Mac book from them. It was supposed to be sent by FedEx and a signature required for delivery! Well the package never arrived! I contacted them and they told me that I couldn’t get a replacement nor a refund because FedEx had proof of delivery . What they sent me was a piece of paper with my address on it and no signature. Then threatened me by saying that they was reporting the computer stolen and also to FBI because I had it and was lying about getting the computer! I had to contact Walmart to get my money back!!! They continue to send threatening emails even after Walmart has reimbursed me! Horrible customer service! They deserve NO STARS!! Nasty and disgusting company with poor people skills!!

This is a fraudulent company they will bait and switch, not refund you and continue to charge you. If you read the other reviews hopefully I can save someone else the time and money I've lost. Shame on Walmart for allowing this vendor on their platform. I will never do business with Walmart again so I hope it was worth it.

This company is terrible. Be careful when you buy through Walmart. Somebody else used my Walmart account to place an order. I have been charged for this order but I didn't authorized the transaction. Obviously I don't want the product. After contacting Walmart and many others for a refund, I have been told to contact Certified 2 days express for the refund. This seller doesn't want to refund. Worst seller ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would not recommend using these guys. They have left us hanging for over a month. We bought 2 iPad pros, and one of them was clearly not refurbished. They were prompt at getting us a return label, however that was the last communication from them. We never heard back, and after 5 emails and numerous calls we finally reached out to Walmart. After they failed to get a hold of them, they are issuing a refund.

Do not purchase from this vendor. I purchased a Mac book Air from them 02/17/2021, I was supposed to get it 02/19/2021 but didn’t receive it until 02/22/2021. Upon receiving I was pretty pleased until 02/26/2021 I go to open the Mac book and notice the screen is completely black. I contact Apple support and I’m told that the computer can’t be reset and needs to be replaced since I just purchased it. I reached out to Certified 02/26/2021 as I would just like to replace the computer since I need it to work from home. I was told by walmart if I don’t hear from Certified within 48 hours I can receive a refund which will take 2-3 weeks. Certified as of today 03/04/2021 has replied to 1 Email asking for my order number and hasn’t replied since and it’s been well over 48 hours. DONT NO PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR... oh yes when you try to call it’s a google voice VOIP NUMBER NO ONE ANSWERS

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! We bought a refurbished computer, had it checked out and found out it was not worth anything, you couldn't even update it to the new Apple software. We asked for a refund and Certified Refurbished said yes, and sent us a mailing label. We mailed the compter back, they signed for it and we never heard from them again. No responses to our emails. Gone! Save yourself and look elsewhere.
