They supposedly have a lifetime warranty but my Kestrel Gun stopped working on 11/16 and I reached out to their customer service. They asked for a video which I promptly provided. I followed up a few days later nothing.. I have called them, sent about 10 emails via my personal email account and on their website with no response. Going on a month now.. they are frauds, beware!!!
