Cancelled order without any contact. havent heard from them since. Silence.

Ordered a massage chair costing $2500.00 from a third party seller thru Amazon . A delivery date was given. A tracking number was sent thereafter . I was informed by the seller that there’s a delay in the delivery which was fine with me. When I tracked my order there was no info about the order . About 2 weeks later I received a package containing a power strip . Then the seller reported that the item I ordered was already delivered. When I complained to Amazon, it took sometime for them to act on it until I took the matter to the credit card company. The sellers contention was that the item was already delivered. Long story short, charges is going to be refunded but I still have to hear from the credit card company

Business practices of this seller is indeed suspicious.

Can you imagine ordering a massage chair in good faith only to be sent a power strip.

Ordered a Nikon flash unit from from Walmart. Product was shipped and arrived ahead of schedule. Item was what was ordered and appeared genuine in all respects. Noted that there was no Warrantee information in the box. I suspected that the item was "GreyMarket" merchandise and checked with Nikon. Nikon could not confirm my suspicions from the serial number. The phone number from "Walmart - Buy Direct & Save" does not answer as Walmart and asks to leave a message. All indications to this point, sales acknowledgement and shipping notification, appeared to come from Walmart, but order information in the package does not carry any Walmart logos, etc. At this point it appears that Walmart has accepted this sale and turned it over to another party who has sent Grey Market items which will not be honored by the Nikon USA guarantee. Since the item I ordered is in fact what I wanted, no laws may have been broken, but I consider Walmart to be responsible for utilizing unethical business practices and undercutting another American Company i.e. Nikon USA. Keep this in mind when ordering on line from Walmart!

I canceled an order the next day for a lensworth $10.888.81 , so rather than refund the full amount they broke it up into payment the first 2 was 3500.00 for 7000

they have yet to refund me the remaining amount, since I have auto pay setup my credit card company tried to pull the remaining amount from my checking account It was returned because I didn't have 3.888.00 in my account so they charge me a 36.00 return, as well as the credit cards 27.00, stay away from this scam company

These guys are an absolute joke. My order was received and acknowledged, a shipping label was created, and my credit card was charged for the amount of the sale. After there was no movement on the shipping label for 9 days (I could track the UPS label on line), I called Walmart to figure out status and was transferred to the seller. After getting the run-around, I was told the projector was lost - "definitely lost". I echo the above comments. They are absolute crooks. I am surprised Wal-Mart continues to be associated with them.

ordered two cameras through walmart, on the day they were supposed to arrive they did not and were "delayed". a week later, two camera bags that I did not order arrived and my order was listed on the walmart account as having been delivered. called customer service and asked for a refund. was called a nervous, suspicious customer and told I should be more patient and wait as the cameras would arrive any day. couldn't give me a new tracking number. I insisted on the refund and the guy said he'd have to submit it and that he'd email me the confirmation. he never emailed me. my account shows that I received some money off of my order but I now wonder if that's to make it look like I paid less for my order than I actually did.

Bought 5 projectors for $6000 on another site. Got 5 projector mounts worth $40 each. They claimed that they sent projectors and forwarded fedex tracking numbers with dimensions and weights. GUESS WHAT? The tracking numbers were on the mounts, and the dimensions and weights were that of the mounts! And offered to send two, 2! as compensation. They deserve negative star ratings. I’m going to share my story with the world until the projectors I ordered arrive.

I ordered a camera kit from the walmart website, with them as the reseller. I wish I read these reviews before hand. Do NOT buy from these crooks. the camera kit came in, missing components, and many substitutions for no name inferior product. totally unacceptable. i submitted the return call tag given to me by walmart. Buy direct and save received the return on June 8. Here it is, June 29, and still not credit to my card. walmart has been very helpful for me, and buy direct and save is not responding to walmart requests. i have since contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. do not by from these crooked shysters. i give them -10 stars. crooks, crooks, crooks

Absolutely the worst seller I have dealt with. I can not believe Walmart has put up with them since 2016. My order was placed March 25th. Tracking stated item shipped at 3a on the 27th. As of the 30th it was "delayed". April 16th I cancelled the order. I Recieved it May 3rd. Although I have been trying since the 3rd of May, I have been unable to get any response as to how to return it. I will not be doing business with this company again.

Order a camera, was cancelled on the day it was supposed to arrive, then when I checked the website it was relisted for $500 more. Now they are offering it to me for $200 more than what I originally paid for but when I said no and that I will let Walmart know about the shady business they are running, this man prompted to call me every name under the sun, mocked "my job", and the amount of insults he gave me, wow :)

Don't purchase items from them, if anything goes wrong hell will be brought on to you
