I purchased a new HP laptop, they shipped a cheaper laptop that did not have the SD card reader we needed, also when fully charged, the laptop lost battery power extremely fast. It might have been a refurbished laptop, definatley NOT the one we paid for. I was returned at a local Walmart weeks ago, ( Fedex receipt in hand to show it was returned and that they did receive it back) but seller keeps saying it was never returned, then they charged my credit card again. Check the negative reviews on Walmart.com and believe them! SCAMMERS
