I made a mistake by waiting too late returning my Gotham steel copper coated 15pcs pot and pan set. Ordered on 12/14/23. I’ve never given this much attention to a set of cookware. I’ve been using them for 8 months now. Even with care they are now showing stain marks on the bottoms, food sticks when frying even on low to medium heat with oil. Scoured and scratch marks appear even with wooden or plastic utensils. I like that they are lightweight cookware. Do you guarantee your warranties? Walmart would not after 90 days.

I bought Gotham Stackable Pan set for Christmas gift, box was in bad shape, when they opened them the 3.5 quart sauce pan was badly bent. She has been trying to get it replaced and still no luck, so she is hoping since i purchased them I could get some help. We just want that one replaced.

Walmart should disassociate them selves from this company. I cancelled a order on the same day that I ordered it and Walmart said they would contact them on my behalf and that they should contact me within 48 hours. When they contacted me they said they would get back to me within 24 48 hours . That was on the 16th of January. On the 17th they said they couldn't cancel my order. Now since the 17th of January this order shows it's on its way. I recommend that no one deals with this company.

This company does not pay for returns. You are on your own you have to pay your own return. I accidentally purchased an item I did not want and I have to pay for my own return. Just make sure that if you purchase an item that you keep it and not return it

My product didn’t work at all!!!! You’re supposed to be able to plug it in and mice are supposed to leave your home. I had mice running right in front of it and one in every room of the apt and the mice still ran free as if nothing bothered them one bit. It’s been almost a month with ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGE. This sellers products suck.

I ordered a (one) Boss juicer, two (2) were delivered and two (were charged to my VISA account. I contacted Walmart.com ant told someone from Realco. USA would contact me in 48 hours. That was 10 days ago. No contact.

I ordered a sonic soap dispenser in April and it is no longer working. It was cheap and overpriced. I contacted Walmart who does not stand behind products sold by their third party sellers. I will no longer use the Walmart.com site. The walmart agent sent the info to this pathetic company who I am sure ignores every inquiry. I am convinced this is another Chinese company using a US address. These companies do not stand behind their products and do not give refunds. Walmart is only hurting their own reputation and business when they use these sellers.

I ordered a Gotham Steel 5 Quart nonstick pasta pot with Ti-Cerama Copper Coating, but was shipped a Gotham Steel Crisper Tray. I reached out to Walmart and they said they reached out to you and that someone would contact me within 48 hours. I never heard from anyone.

I ordered the bionic steel hose which took forever to receive. The hose steel actually came off the hose after 15 days! I have initiated a return and this pc of crap is going right back today. Also, someone should have mentioned that it turns your hands black from whatever is on the hose. I thought it would go away after a few uses but nope.

I ordered from WalMart and they passed my order on to RealCo? Seriously? If I wanted to buy from a covid19-riddled, mildewy basement third party seller I would have bought it off eBay. To make matters worse RealCo shipped my order to Florida and I'm in Indiana. I sure they didn't actually ship anything though. Scammers are providing phony tracking numbers to game the system and apparently RealCo is just pretending to be a REALCOmpany.

I ordered 2 nutrislicers. I followed the tracking until it was delivered. It is reported that it was left on the porch. In Colorado. I live in Maryland. And they want me to wait for 1-3 days before I reach out. I have not been able to reach them. I spoke with Walmart and they are resolving the issue. But no help from Realco

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS SELLING THROUGH WALMART MARKET PLACE!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM 3RD SELLER REALCO!!! If i could give zero stars i would!!! Took over a week to ship and these jerks shipped it to themselves obviously bc it got delivered only 5 to 10 mins from where they shipped it in texas. Note i live in north North Carolina not texas and the correct info was on my order. THEY CHARGED ME OBVIOUSLY HOPING I DIDNT NOTICE!! LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!! Terrible customer service. Realco USA is a Market place vendor that Walmart works with. I will never order anything that is associated with Realco USA again. Thank you Walmart for taking care of my refund for the product I received that did not work. Realco USA would NOT reply to my multiple emails that were sent to them.

I ordered the Gotham airfryer assumingly through Walmart.com and found it was through this seller. I requested an order cancellation same day as purchase after receiving one already as a gift since last month. I have yet to get a response after 6 emails requesting to initiate return and refund. This is unprofessional and very poor customer service. Quick to take your money and slow to respond for refunds. Very unsatisfied consumer and next steps is contacting Walmart.com for resolution.

I INADVERTENTLY ordered an item from this company on line. I was on the Walmart.com website and THOUGHT I was ordering from Wal Mart.

The item did not work at all and it was pure hell getting Walmart to help. They are NOT amazon and do not stand behind their sellers. The first time I contacted Wal Mart they said they would contact Realco and someone from that company would contact me. That did not happen. After a second contact with Wal Mart live char..........I have been promised a refund............We'll see. Beware of this company and be very careful if you order from WalMart.com. All is not as it appears.

Item: Big Boss Electric rechargeable Power Squeegee Window Vacuum Cleaning Orange/Grey) But I never heard or receive nothing at all a salesman or customer service man name Salmon told me that I would receive another one in a couple days I have not. I feel like I been ripped off for a product I never got to use at all.
