I ordered a cable for my Samsung Galaxy S21 cause I was going to need one cause mine wasn't working right. I had to go away due to a family emergency when I came back I opened the package and they sent me the wrong one for my phone. I emailed them explaining everything to them and telling them I know it was 30 days passed the return policy but had no use for this instead of understanding my situation they choose to argue with me we sent you the right cable. Your customer service reflects on your business so being said that your rating is 1.

Ordered Galaxy s22 mini earbuds and received a pair of alpha x200 by Vankyo. The pair that was sent looks nothing like you had advertised on your website nor is it what I ordered to begin with. Had I read the reviews prior to purchase, I don't believe I would have purchased them. I truly don't expect to get a response from you regarding this bait and switch, so this warning is to others. You're not trust what you see on their website. .

I ordered a card for my iPhone, not the plug. It came in promptly and worked for about one week and then stopped working.

I ordered a waterproof tablet case and it works fine. It took 2 weeks for the order to arrive but still good. Generally orders made online should not take that long

Item is very flimsy. I would not trust it to hold my smart phone safely as it is expensive and the "extra" phone holder is a joke. What can I say, it is not worth the cost and trouble to return when I might not even get a refund. Oh well, live and learn.

ordered a car phone charger for a samsung A42 5g phone the brand name was fonus. i received a different brand but was charged for the fonus brand

Received my USB cable cords they were defective one charger end slid up in down the metal part my phone keeps saying to make sure the cable cord is not damaged and working properly. Return is not as easy as they say. Never buy from this company again. again.

I received my item and it worked for a while and now it keep falling down and will not stick, I try washing the pad and let it dry in the sun just like it say and it fell down again and again. It is defective because the piece that hold the phone got stuck and will not move at all. I contacted odemobile to get my refund back and sent those an picture of the stuck piece, they don't wanna give my refund back.

Not delivered as shown. Product was supposed to be a extra 10k mah that parts okay. Its missing two cords AND its not as shown. Case and battery.

I purchased their selfie stick three separate times, and each time the selfie stick broke in the exact same location. I contacted Ode and they told me that the stick was too old to replace, and they offered no solution. They did not thank me for being a loyal customer and cared not that their product is flawed. Really bad customer service as well as an inferior product.

Terrible company. I bought phone cord. they said it was shipped but never received it. asked them to refund my money and they refused. this is company is dishonest and scam. Never fall pray of their scam

I ordered a phone charge me cord for my mom who is in hospital.with 2 day priority shipping. 6 days later still no delivery but I get a notification saying my item I ordered was picked up by an individual at a post office at 12:30 midnite! The delivery address was to a hospital, not a post office.! I contacted Odemobile with my order number and they said to give it a few days. A week later still nothing, I sent them a Photo of the supposed ‘picked up at post office by an individual’ and now they say the have no such order on file! They ripped me off for $38. And now I have to find this cord (which is hard to find due to her cell phone model) total scam!

Shipping info throughout the process is always wrong. Missed every single date they gave me so product that was needed to help my 80 yo parents on their first road trip since Covid so they could go to a funeral, and they product missed it by 4 days. Terrible service.

They are difficult to work with. They sent the wrong product and now they are delaying the return process.

and said we would be contacted in a few days. Soon will be two weeks and no response.
