It appears that I am not the only one who this outfit has scammed. I ordered a modem from them that was supposed to be a Bonded Pair modem, but it was not. It had only one DSL on it when a Bonded Pair has 2 DSL's I have prepared the package to send back to them per their instructions, , but from previous reviews that I have read, I have a low expectation of seeing any results or getting a refund! In my opinion, they don't even deserve a one-star rating!

I will be reporting them to the BBB and suggest that everyone who has had this dismal experience with "BeKindElectroniccs" do the same.

They need to be out of business because, simply put, they are crooks and should be prosecuted for fraud!

Order was made through Walmart.com. The actual seller and shipper is a third party company called Be Kind. Ordered an Axon C4000BG modem/router. Received an Axon C4000BZ modem/router. Packer must have missed ABC day in first grade. Shoddy. Waiting for a refund of my purchase price. Walmart abrogates and says they can do nothing about third party shipper or sellers.

Ordered modem/router combo but received wrong model (modem only) and was therefore useless to me. I've read similar complaints about this seller.

i ordered a modem from them, they mailed it, no box, incomplete instructions, didnt work. their scrap of paper they included with and email instructed you to call them for resolution before returning. I did, I never heard from them via the email they provided, they never responded. Dont make the same mistake i did, avoid BeKind Electronics. they shafted me for $79...
