I order from them off Amazon. What I ordered was higher in price but it’s what I wanted. What I received wasn’t what I ordered and lower in price….yet I was charged the higher price. I have gotten nowhere with this company and have gotten Amazon involved.

They misrepresent their items and it’s an illegal practice.

All I can say is I will never buy from them again. But beware! I couldn’t rate a zero as that of course isn’t an option

Bought two 20” aluminum stove top gap covers. They were shipped in a flimsy envelope bag and both of them arrived bent. Its impossible to get them straight again.

I ordered a veterans flag display case for my dad's burial flag. There was no brass plate with his name! When I tried to contact their so-called "help" line, I was sent to a site that wanted $74 . No help at all. I will never buy from this company again.

I agree with all of the terrible reviews of this company. Just awful. If you are reading this review before ordering, DON'T ORDER from this company. You will be very sorry.

I purchased a slim pullout shelf from the Walmart.com website. I was sent the wrong item. I sent it back through my local Walmart (offer free returns), but not refunds, due to it being an outside seller. Was given a tracking number on the return. Fox Valley Traders promised me a refund by three different people. Never happened. I had to resort to asking my financial company to reverse the charge, to get my money back . These people do not care if you lose your money, don't care if you are inconvenienced, and will lie to you. Do NOT waste your time or money. We are living in hard times right now, don't make it worse by trying to trust Fox Valley Traders.

I ordered a grave marker. email from Amazon stating delivery date. the name that I gave them to put on the marker was wrong. thank heavens I got it in time to refuse the order.now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the correct order and can't even place the order until the company calls me. will never use them again Amazon rep told me that the name that was incorrect was my fault and it was not!

Songbird Flower Roll Out Mat

JUNK...not one flower came up...NOT ONE. We followed the instructions to the letter...We wasted time and water trying to get these to grow. Purchased via Amazon (of course) on 4-4-23...so we are past the 30 day return and if we weren't what would we return...a box of dirt? I did notice there did not seem to be many seems in the mat...but still not ONE came up,,,Total rip off and waste of time and MONEY! I should have read other reviews on this company! BIG 1 star because I can't leave -0- stars!

I ordered address labels: There was no step to edit. I received my order with an error in the extended zip code in error making them useless. I was told it was my error.

Worst store ever. Order came broken. Through email, they said I could either be refunded or item replacement. I told them I would like a replacement. After a week of no reply email, I called them. They left me on hold, and then intentionally disconnected me. I called back. Same thing. After telling me they could replace the item, they pit me on hold for 45 mins., then again disconnected me. Gave me nothing but the runaround, and never received item, nor a refund. Do not do business with these scammers.

I ordered a raised toilet seat via amazon. It didn't fit and I was left paying the shipping to return the item. I sill have not received my credit for the returned item.

Hi. I ordered a kitchen wall clock that needed to be assembled but didn't have instructions. I attempted to get instructions and the chat person referred me to a page that wants to charge 5 dollars to answer a question. I don't think so. I'm returning the clock.

I ordered a simple handheld solitaire game. It doesn’t allow you to put the Aces up to play on! It’s the craziest thing I ever saw! I tried to contact fox valley traders but that’s even funnier

I ordered a laundry cart through Amazon and the seller was Fox Valley traders. I received it and the box has a gigantic hole in it. The laundry cart aluminum frame was great but the cotton so called "laundry holder" was awful. It is so small that it does not fit the form and it is made of the cheapest material. Im sending back and wish I had read the reviews first. Never again ordering from this company.

I ordered a 16 by 27-inch cloth wall calendar. I received a 15 by23- inch calendar instead. I needed a specific size when I placed my order to work in a certain area. It was too small to do what I purchased it for. The color also was not as vivid as shown on line. They charge a 7:00 return fee to correct their mistake. Most business do not charge to make things right. Made a purchase from another vendor and was satisfied. Will no purchase from them again.

Ordered address labels FIORE the E is not printed correctly not completed and the Fox in our address is not completely printed. Just terrible not worth sending back. I am sure this is what this shyster company depends on

0 stars was not an option. Bird bath is garbage. Looks like a cheap plastic bowl on a stand. If you return it you forfeit $7 for them shipping item to you & then you have to pay shipping for the 18X20 box item was received in. Don't waste your money.

I ordered two rugs for bedroom and they didn’t stay in place and were too small. Can’t take it back to ups for return like other Amazon products. Have to wait for a label and spend 7.00to return. Still waiting for label. Will never ever buy from them again. Poor customer service
