Purchased Canon printer from Amazon Prime with this company as third party seller. Could not get connection. Canon USA informed that this was meant for Canadian market, not US. Therefore, no tech support, no warranty. Spent great deal of time with Amazon Customer Service to request refund. In the end had to repackage and take to UPS for return. amazon promised a full refund. Not sure if seller will make the refund or it will be from Amazon.
So much hassle and wasted time. And no printer.
