I was not happy with this company. Thank God for Walmart and their willingness to return it hassle free. I bought an industrial air conditioning unit and it started making weird noises 2 weeks into using it and then I could hear something let loose inside it and then it would only cool for about 5 minutes before dumping just hot air. This company had me disassemble the machine and check the wiring and asked for pictures of the insides and when I showed them a video of how the fan motor impeller completely dislodged inside of it they said that's not possible and offered me a $400 refund on a $2000+ unit and some free accessories. I then asked for a full refund and they ghosted me and didn't reach out. That's when I just called Walmart direct and they instantly refunded me and told me to throw that unit in the trash. Buyer beware, this is a 3rd rate Chinese company that doesn't value customer service and will string you along until you give up or ask for your money back.
