I purchased a product from Walmart which came from Aiho. Parts were damaged in transport. I contacted Walmart who then contacted Aiho. I rec'd an email to send pictures for replacement; but I keep getting a message saying 'email not valid' every time I try to reply. Even the Aiho website makes it hard to contact the company. Having a company outside of the United States makes it difficult to do business!!!!! Which is why I will NEVER purchase from this company again............
