Bought a 4 :1 product that didn't work So when I contacted them about the product they wanted me to make a video showing me pulling on a string and then tell them and circle the bad parts in their manual. It was a new product I should have been able to use, not become an expert mechanic on the motor.

Ordered a 130-gallon deck box from (I thought) Walmart. Received order confirmation with package tracking. Got a notice that the package had been delivered—-NOT! When I provided proof that I had been home all day, then they said it was delivered to the wrong address. When my package finally arrived, it was a 116-gallon deck box. I got a snotty email from some Chinese person saying I should have paid attention to what size I was ordering. I said they should have shipped it to the correct address! Walmart, if you want to keep doing business, don’t allow these types of companies to sell on your website!

This is case of "let the buyer beware." I ordered a computer desk through Wal-Mart.com. I received the tracking info and followed it. First sign of trouble was that UPS noted the street number was incorrect, which meant that Syngar provided an incorrect number). The next day, tracking info stated that delivery of the desk was refused. I had been home all day and no delivery had been attempted I contacted Wal-Mart customer service and, to their credit, they followed up with Syngar very quickly. I received an email from Syngar directing me to call UPS about the situation (seems to me they should have done that). I did so and UPS informed me that the desk was returned to Syngar but that Syngar had refused delivery (that was the delivery refusal on the tracking info). As of this morning, I sent three emails to Syngar with this info and have heard nothing. Also, email is the only way to reach this company. The desk appears to be in limbo and no one knows what is going on. WalMart again, to its credit, has stepped in and will refund me both the purchase price and the cost incurred to book an assembly service for the desk. I'm providing one star solely for the prompt customer service provided by WalMart.com.

I ordered a charcoal grill from these people. I received a bass guitar instead. After pulling teeth with this vendor, I had to keep the POS bass guitar that I received and did not get a refund for my original order. Do not order from this website. Unless you want to lose your hard-earned money.

bought recliner chair from walmart . came through made by syngar shipped by carbo all at a higher price. electronic quit called to order new set . chair is out of warranty so what I want to buy new set of controls syngar will not sell me one . no help from walmart guess I got screwed by walmart

Hilariously Bad Customer Service.

The Short Version

• Ordered a grill/smoker from Syngar.

• They shipped the wrong size. We take a photo of the box displaying wrong size dimensions and request, “Can we get this rectified?”

• Reply: No we didn’t ship the wrong thing, keep it at a discount, perhaps you can sell it to friends or gift it. [The long version below has the actual message lest one think I exaggerate.]

• Me: Nope, I ordered a 44” and you shipped the wrong one, take it back and send the correct one.

• Reply: No we didn’t, ship it on your own dime and take a discount on the next one.

• Me: I repeat, you shipped the wrong gone and we’re done—refund s’il vous plait.

• Reply: No we didn’t, put it together, then measure it, then if you still don’t like it, take it apart, ship it on your dime, and take a discount on your next one.

• In the meantime, made the 3rd party platform privy to the correspondence they we appalled and refunded out of their own pocket—above and beyond—and…we are still getting messages from Syngar haggling over the discount for an item we never ordered.
