I have ordered from Zuma Filters they do not answer their phones goes straight to voicemail you leave a message no call back and if you send an email to them no response. My order shows a USPS tracking number but it states a label only has been made but pick up has not. My order is two weeks ago and hasn’t left their facility. Customer service sucks if they exsist. Don’t waste your time and energy.
