Lying and deceptive company. I’ll never via third party EVER AGAIN.

I ordered what was supposed to be an OSHA compliant (so they claimed!) oily trash can which had HUGE holes in the receptacle area where the lever is making it even MORE DANGEROUS than a regular trash can for its advertised purpose!! not only is this blatant FALSE ADVERTISING SCAM but it also could literally cause fires and death!! How is this at all allowed?? It is a very serious crime to claim something is OSHA compliant or firesafe when it clearly is not!!!

I ordered infrared sauna and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and nothing and now it is updated to say delayed. I am fighting this today on my credit card to get my money back, seems like a scam.

I ordered 3 16 oz bottles of rubbing alcohol and Zoro packaged them in a huge box with about 10-15 times more packing material than product, creating a lot more material that has to go into my recycling bin.

If the delivery had of came from Walmart it would have been in a box slightly bigger than the 3 bottles with some air balloons instead of tons of heavy duty paper as packing material. Wish I could rate them less than zero...

I purchased fence posts from Zoro via Walmart Marketplace and they were supposed to ship August 25th. There is a tracking no but the items have not shipped yet (Sep 8th). I have contacted Zoro twice but they have not responded to me or Walmart.

Item was ordered on August 8th. It was supposed to be delivered by August 13th. However, it still says preparing order and will obviously not arrive on time. I have contacted Zoro 3 times with no response. Please read all of Zoro's other reviews as well.

Bought from them and I had to wait 30 days for my item, 25 days was just processing time

Ordered product 7/26/20 and was to be delivered by wed 7/29/20. It still says preparing order but havent recieved my order. Wtf is it with this place? Doesbt answer phone, emails. If I would have seen the negative reviews with some having same issue as me, I wouldn't have ordered anything. When I check Walmart's app for the product I ordered, of course now says sold out. Hmmmm.

Medicine cabinet mirror arrived shattered, seller has not responded to attempts to contact them by me or Walmart. Walmart has refunded my money. I do not recommend buying from Zoro, even if their prices are cheaper than elsewhere.

Will not return communications with me or Walmart in the last 48 hours. I had to research to find a direct phone number. I am waiting for an air conditioner window unit. I live in a casita and my landlord's swamp cooler for three weeks isn't putting out cold air. I live in the desert and it's 85-90 degrees inside and I work from home. On Monday July 6th my order shows preparing for shipping and never changed. I contacted Walmart via chat on the 9th and was told it shows in transit but when I balanced my checkbook due to payday I saw the charge from them was never done. I will be attempting the phone number to talk to someone to get answers. I've never ordered from a third party on Walmart before and I never will again, I'm angry and sad and just want to have my apartment cooled down.

Zoro sent me the wrong item. I ordered a set of knitting needles, they sent me some giant drill bit. I attempted to contact customer service to get the issue resolved. Walmart said Zoro will be contacting me in 24 hours. They never did, so I wrote Walmart back, they apologized and tried to contact zoro again. But Zoro still wouldn't respond. Thankfully Walmart then refunded my purchase, but shame on Zoro. They are a scam. Do not purchase anything from them.
