I ordered root touch up and the incorrect color arrived. Before it was shipped, I contacted Wal- mart via their system to notify the seller of the incorrect product. Wall mart policy was I was to receive a response in 24 hours. I ordered 4/16, sent emails daily via Wal mart but no response from this seller nor and assistance by Walmart. The product shipped 4/20 and I have continued to attempt to receive a response from this seller or assistance by Walmart since this item was posted on their website. Today is 4/28 and still no response. If I could leave a minus star I would.
