We purchased 3 sets of luggage for a big family trip to London and Ireland. Red, Light blue, and Orange. When we opened the red set the zipper on the middle size was broken. We each used the large size and the carry on size from each set. By the end of the trip, one wheel fell off 2 of the 3 sets and on the 3rd they were loose and will most likely fall off if we use for another trip. Very poor quality, I do NOT recommend buying this luggage.

I have been going back and forward with emails with one of Zimtown’s customers service representatives her name is Haile and she was the only one that is giving me a very hard time , I order a grill and it was delivered by FedEx the box was repack and I’m missing parts and I explained to Zimtown I needed by Saturday July 22,2023 one if the representatives told me it won’t be a problem but apparently it’s a problem so just to let people know that Zimtown doesn’t stand up to there word so I’m requesting a refund and I’m returning them they grill, I rate this company with a BIG FAT ZERO, unprofessional

I have order a outdoor grill from zimtown and I told them about my missing pieces I email them 3 times and I’m not getting any response so I recommend people not to order there products because of there VERY BABY Customer Service

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!! It's very difficult to get a refund, upon contacting zimtown about a refund, they offered a $5 refund and told me to sell the chairs or keep them.

I wish they had a NEGATIVE 0 Rating!!! I bought a bunkbed that was over 200$ from Zimtown! They sent me nothing but rails!! I returned the package back! They stop responding once I returned the package back to them, an I still haven’t received my refund!!! An WALMART AINT NO BETTER, !!!! Just shut the whole Zimtown place DOWN!!!!!

I purchased a retractable privacy screen for my deck and the screen post had dents in it. I emailed Zimtown for a replacement through the Walmart website. They blamed Fedex and asked for pictures. I emailed them back and have never heard from them again and I have not heard from Walmart either. Both companies have terrible customer service.

Do not order anything online that is related to Zimtown through Walmart marketplace!!! I ordered 2 endtables online and couldn’t even return them at Walmart. I was told I had to go through the seller directly. The endtables were poor quality and we’re not even packaged correctly. The items were incorrectly numbered on the instructions manual and screws were missing when I tried to assemble one of the endtables. When I contacted the company online to start the return, the company gave me misleading information on the return policy. I found 2 customer service emails for Zimtown and received differing responses on returning the merchandise. One email said I couldn’t return them and recommended reselling to friends or family (UNREAL) and then another email said I could return the items but I would have to pay for the return shipping label…or I could keep the items and get a 10% refund. I sent them both emails I received with differing return policies and threatened to contact better business bureau and file a claim with my credit card company. They then cooperated and gave me a prepaid return shipping label, but I will never conduct business with Walmart marketplace or Zimtown again. Not allowing customers to return items at Walmart that were purchased directly on Walmart’s WEBSITE is totally ridiculous, and Zimtown couldn’t have been more unprofessional or deceitful. Stay very far away….

What ever you do people do not buy nothing from this company I bought an airfrier they suck stopped working after 5 times I used it cost was almost $100 there excuse was they don't sell for the supplier anymore liers. This company are scammers do not buy from them they won't give you refund or replacement suckers.

Not pleased! Incorrect mounting bracket for front reflector and front basket too long! It hits the front brake and adjustments are not possible! The welded bottom mounting plate is totally useless!

NEVER order anything from ZIMTOWN through Walmart Marketplace. Their products are not what is showing on line. They offered only a 10% refund for the item abnd asked that I donate the item to a charity. They refused all requests for full refund even though the Item was never opened.

I purchased a full size loft from them for my daughter 03/30/2020 & tried to contact them numerous times over the object that was marked delivered & never delivered. I finally get a hold of an actual person after a year & some time & they tell me they can’t help me nor give me my money back over a bed I never received & I spent almost $300 on the fucking bed. The absolute worst company to purchase from I would not recommend you buy anything from them their a scam! I wish I could give NO STARS! Rip off fucked up place. Fraud at its finest. They just want to keep your money.

I made the mistake of ordering a bathroom scale from Zimtown through the Walmart.com site. I paid $17.97 plus tax and used PayPal, thinking that I'd be covered if I was dissatisfied with the transaction. The product arrived in damaged condition as it did not work upon arrival. I took the package to our nearest Walmart store and received a receipt along with a FedEx tracking number and was told that the refund would be placed back to my PayPal account when the seller received the broken item. I've never received a refund even though Walmart returned the item to Zimtown and I have the receipt proving that it was returned...I notified PayPal on March 2, 2022 and have also been unable to resolve the issue through them as Zimtown is falsely claiming that they issued a refund. I will never order another item from Walmart.com or Zimtown, as I cannot trust either seller and do not know who to blame...All I know is that I was cheated out of money and Zimtown received the defective bathroom scale.

I placed an order with this company (Zimtown) for an item I needed for my business. When the order was originally placed and payed for I was given a promise date that it would be delivered to my business within 3 days by the end of the business day. The very next day I logged in just to track the shipment and I noticed the delivery date had changed so I reached out to Walmart. It went from them saying it would be delivered on Wednesday then Thursday. So I reached out to Walmart customer service for help to let them know how inconvenient it was, and to see why a change of date and I wasn’t notified at all. Walmart reached out to the company on my behalf . At that point the company (Zimtown) sent me an email earlier the next day stating it would take anywhere from 4 - 10 days. At that point I was infuriated because I could have just payed more and purchased it from Amazon and received it in a timely fashion. Zimtown proceeds to tell me in an email to “just wait patiently”. The following day I logged in again to see the delivery date has yet been pushed back again all the way to Friday, so again I contact Walmart to pretty much cancel the order because I’ve gotten some many mixed dates and at this point I don’t want the product anymore , and I would like a refund. Walmart customer service assured me they would reach out to Zimtown and demand a refund since there are so many inconsistencies. I took it upon myself to email the company at 2 complete different emails ( [email protected] & [email protected] ) they’re response to a paying customer was : you could refuse to sign , best regards and left it at that . They sent the same exact email 3 different times from 2 different emails of which I sent emails to, so clearly it’s the same person responding in a rude manner. I will tell you that Zimtowns customer service is shitty and no help at all. As a paying customer I felt unvalued, and that they didn’t care about my issue at all. Please save your hard earned money and don’t purchase from them, spend your money where you will be appreciated as a customer! Walmart please do better with the private companies that you allow to sell through your company. This is ridiculous.

If I could give a negative stars I would! Not only have I not received my product that I ordered off the Walmart.ca website ... but they keep telling me to wait 2 more days for an item that I ordered in Mid October. It is now December. When I emailed Zimtown ... this was the response ... "Item: Zimtown Accent Chair PU Padded Seat Bucket Barrel Chair Black Dear, For order ,it show delivered already,did you received it ? This is tracking information: 2021-11-02 15:39:59,DELIVERY PREFERENCE - GARAGE Waiting for your reply. Best wishes"

What is that??? No tracking number ... nothing at all to confirm the delivery. And when I would respond they would say this ""Dear, Thanks for your reply. For your order ,we really arranged shipment for you and the it delivered in time. would u mind waiting for more days Best wishes"

Walmart was NOT helpful at all. They kept saying to wait a couple days. I said Canada Post doesn't even show the item shipped! I was told by walmart to wait another 2 days! Are you kidding me! I would NEVER recommend this company and SHAME on Walmart for allowing them to sell on their website!!!

Zimtown and their products are at a thermonuclear level 10 of suck! Ordered a simple folding treadmill from them for my wife. The piece of garbage was so cheap it was painfully obvious. It failed to function right out of the box. Walmart won't return it and Affirm, who I used to pay for it, was zero help as well and their own degree of suck, too. Walmart online acted as a go-between for me and them. The Zimtown people asked me to shoot them a short video to demonstrate the problem, which I did. They were still defiant, giving me some gibberish about checking and changing the batteries in the remote, which I had already done. I showed them how there was no manual control. They still didn't get it, and the diction in their sentence structure when writing to me made it readily apparent that English was probably their 3rd language, which was very irritating. Then they wanted me to shoot them yet another short video. By now I was thrown into a whole new dimension of pissed off. I told them I wasn't shooting them any more videos, I'm not MGM studios, and they had better crack open the bank vault and refund my money immediately, or else I was going to call Walmart Online care and sic them on you like a rabid dog. Only after I threatened the little creeps with this did they finally get off their fancy little duffs and send me a return authorization, but I had to do the heavy lifting and take the thing to a Fed-Ex store to have it shipped. A nearly two-week saga this took to iron out! Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a sub-standard company to sell their useless, worthless garbage on their website. Do yourself a favor--NEVER order a third party item from Walmart online and treat Zimtown and their products like they have the plague!

I purchased outdoor furniture set, just a couple months ago. Cushions are awful, have already faded, and look very worn after a month. I have several shades of tan. From sun fading.They stain very easy and do not stay together.

I bought some planters and there are two in a box. One of them missed some parts and I wrote to them as instructed by Walmart to contact the seller. Their answer was “This is your problem as the warranty has expired”. I just bought it. This company has poor quality control.

Don’t ever buy from them. They rip you off they don’t respond and if somethings wrong your stuck. Walmart sucks too because they use them as a third party and they don’t want to refund you your money either!
