Horrible!!!!! Ordered a shelf a month ago and haven’t received it!!!! They respond to my emails with the tracking number but item never got delivered! Ridiculous! Very bad customer service!
Awful. After 4 emails giving them the order number, they still say I never placed the order. But they sure did take the money for it.
This place is absolutely horrible. My order was placed 20 days ago and still nothing. I used the "contact us" to inquire about my order and absolutely nothing from them in response. Crappy company. Crappy customer service. Avoid at all costs. I still don't have my order and they still have my money and refuse to respond.
I ordered the Zimtown Home Basics Dish Plastic Drainer Washing Dryer 2 Tier with plastic trays and both trays have holes busted in the corner so the water draining off my dishes runs all over my counter and I can’t seem to find replacements for it. I paid $22 to be disappointed
Worst service I have ever received. Order two bounce houses shown in stock for my sons birthday. Both were later said to be out of stock. The second time it was a week after purchase leaving no time to purchase another one before my sons birthday. Will never use again
I ordered from this company with a delivery date promised of 5/13/2020. When that day came and the product hadn’t even been received by Fedx, I emailed them and got s generic response. I called the next day and was told it would be escalated. The item was finally sent to Fedx on the 15th. As of today 5-20-2020, I still don’t have the item or an estimated delivery date!!
If i could give zero stars I would. I ordered an outdoor furniture set for my mother for mothers day and paid for it and everything and an estimated time for arrival... Then I get an email saying they don't have it put of stock and they said I needed to cancel the order... I already told my mother what she was getting and she even bought extra cushions for the back of the seats. I wrote an email to their customer service asking if there's anything they could do because I ordered it and I want what I ordered. After I canceled the order they get back to me and say there was nothing they could do because the item wouldn't be in stock for 15-20 days! I was so pissed. I would have been willing to wait 15‐20 days for it but they wouldn't even give me that option. Don't buy from them they're a waste of your time. And to make it worse its going to take up to 20 days to get my refund! So it makes it inconvenient now that I have to buy different furniture for my mother...
Order placed from Zimtown thru walmart.com. Tracking via FedEx for shipment was provided by Zimtown the same day the order was placed. Seven days after Zimtown says item was picked up by Fed Ex for shipping, per e-mail from Zimtown, FedEx still hasn't received package, as verified by contacting FedEx directly. According to FedEx, they have no record of the package being received by them for shipping other than an electronic notification/label being created, but they still haven't received the package 7 days after tracking information was provided for the label. According to Walmart Policy, there is no billing until order ships, but I have already been billed and Zimtown paid and I haven't received my order and there is no sign that it is coming. I contacted Walmart as well and have gotten no follow-up from them. I give Walmart 1 star as well for allowing this type of vendor access to their site and then not provide assistance when the seller fails.
This is the worst company Iv ever dealt with. They could not give me a straight answer as to where my package was. FedEx has never received the package that was shipped the 29(first date they told me) then they said they shipped it the 30th then said it was on the truck waiting to be picked up by fed ex. When I called the lady didn’t know if she was coming or going she refused to transfer me to shipping to see where my package was. They are refusing to refund me the $200 I spent with them! Please save yourself the headache and do not order thru these horrible scammers
I’ve been waiting on a digital tshirt machine for the longest still haven’t received it nor have u got my refund on top of that Walmart don’t wanna give me my money back
I ordered a kitchen sink from Zimtown through Wal-Mart.com. The hoses are faulty. Which ok. I figured I would just replace the hoses because I really like the sink no paid $159. For it. Well it is a 2 inch adapter and even with me taking my hoses to every hardware store in town and a plumbing store they can't be matched up. I have duct tape wrapped around the hoses just so I can use the sink. Absolutely no help from the company or Wal-Mart. I guess I am out $159 plus tax for a sink I can't use. I am upset.
ATT:__Everyone. . . .Zimtown marketplace outfit, is a complete & total joke as a valid, responsible, or trust worthy business period ! Do NOT, in any such manner, conduct transactions of any $ value w/ this Shameful & Deceitful marketplace vendor. I also, urge any & all, prior customers who have experienced Negative dealings w/ Zimtown, to aggresively contact Walmart corporate, and make known to the Ceo's, etc. . . .all corrupt + criminal selling practices by Zimtown !!Furthermore, I am making proper copies of my written statement here, and will have this form officially notarized as a Legal document. Should this honest Review, not be posted as it should -- All parties interfering w/ my efforts to document my experience w/ Zimtown, by way of this consumer review, will be included & held fully responsible as well ! ~ Joan S. LOL this company is a hoot! Long story, still long, I bought a floor mat from zimtown, to use underneath my rolling office chair. The mat was actually ok, except it would bunch up in front of my wheels as I moved across it, so the chair would just stop. This happened a trillion times a day. It was too thin. Period.
I contacted Walmart a few times, then Zimtown emailed me, so I dealt with them for a few days. Zimtown and I emailed back and forth. The first couple emails from them seemed ok, and I believed them. It was the 4th or 5th email that made me so mad... grrrr...
I had written and explained what was wrong with the mat (too thin, slides around, etc.,), about 6 different times by this point. Then after I had explained it again, one more time... their very next email to me said, and I am going to copy paste it: "Sorry for this issue,You can blanch the mat with boiling water, and then turn it around with a weight and press it at the four corners. It will be flat the next day."
That was a head scratcher, until I realized the ugly truth, They didn't read my email, and probably never had.
It was probably a different person receiving the email every time, which is why they kept asking the same question. They had no clue what I was talking about. Or, it's just one person, pretending to read and then answer emails.
Now they had done it. My next email to zim was a threat. I wrote: "When companies dismiss or ignore a customers issue, the customer learns that the company does not care about them, or their problems with the company's products. When I leave a review of how Zimtown treated me, you can expect to lose business."
I also added "Please send a UPS shipping label to my email, and I will return this mat to you, and get my money back. That will be your last contact with me. If you don't send the label by tomorrow, February 20, 2020, I will raise hell with Walmart. They will give me the refund, and will no longer want Zimtown, as a marketplace vendor." They responded, "We will get you the shipping label, just hang on."
I know I won't get the shipping label. However, I absolutely will follow through with what I said, about contacting Walmart, and I will get my money back. I'm going to do that right now. Then I am going to Walmart.com, and post a review about what I REALLY think of Zimtown. Always contact Walmart, even though they say not to. When you speak to an agent and they won't tell you what you want to hear, call back until you speak to someone who will. What have you got to lose?
Ordered a portable wardrobe closet and it was missing 4 poles no way to contact this seller to resolve the issue!
Does not deserve even one start but you can't post without one. Whatever you do, don't order anything from Walmart.com that involves this company. No matter what the reason, you will not get your money back or a replacement with this company. I was very unhappy with a canopy I bought on sale for $60 with a regular listed price of $155.00. The unit is made with cheap flimsy material and did not stand up to a little rain, collapsing on three sides with absolutely no wind. My patio is protected on each side with 7 ft fence. No luck in returning to Walmart or Zimtown. Walmart was less than helpful insisting they are not responsible and I would have to contact the seller. Now, when I am unhappy with an Amazon order or a Lowe's order, they handle it, no matter if there is a third party involved. No more Walmart.com for me.

Ordered show rack and when order arrived screws were missing. No customer service and cannot be returned at Walmart store . Never again
Got my order on time, but was never sent an email on when it was shipped. The Walmart order receipt said Zimtown would notify me when it was shipped. Tried 2 calls to Zimtown, but both times they spoke in such broken English I couldn't understand them. And that was their " Customer Service Department ".
Omg I just placed an order now I am so afraid to see what I am going to receive with all these reviews. I did notice that when I go to track my package, the shipping date keeps getting pushed back. I’m so nervous to see the product because, I had gotten the product which is a shoe rack for someone as a gift. Omg my fingers are crossed. Will be giving a review on the product when it comes.
