Ordered 2 measuring tapes from Amazon. They were delivered to someone I never heard of. I found this out by tracing the paper trail. I did get a full refund because I pursued the issue. Terrible folks to handle orders from Amazon. I'll be vigilant from now on.

IT IS MY OPINION that they have some kind of SCAM going on. I bought an item from them. They must be shipping the stuff to their friends or perhaps back to themselves, but they claimed I had received it and that it had been signed for by someone. This was NOT the case. When I complained to Amazon they put me in touch with the seller (through Amazon) and the seller said he would re-ship it. He never did. When I applied for the A to Z refund, at first Amazon denied it and I appealed and then they finally made the refund. Amazon, Walmart.. why are you staining your name by allowing these people to sell on your platform. BOOOOOOOOO !!!!!

Oh boy! I wish I had seen all these complaints before I fell into this horrible trap. I thought I could get a Lego set through Walmart and this was the seller who sent me the item. First, it said it arrived on my porch when it had not, so I thought it was lost or stolen. I called to track it but couldn’t, since it had supposedly been delivered. It didn’t arrive in the time I needed it to, so I cancelled the order. I did get a refund, thankfully. However, the item finally showed up in an Amazon package. Looks like this seller posts items through Walmart at a higher price then buys it cheaper through Amazon to send to people. I am trying to do the right thing and send the item back, since I cancelled the order and got a refund before the item came to my house, but the company will not send me a return label and no longer responds to my emails. Even Walmart can’t get them to send a return label or help me. I will not buy from Walmart if it means using a third party.

Same issue as everyone else, gave me fake tracking info and it wasnt delivered.

Placed order through Amazon, sent tracking number. Showed it was delivered but wasn’t. Received email saying I was refunded for account adjustment. Called FedEx and was told I had a bogus tracking number. Went to re-order and the price had doubled.

This is the exact same thing that happened to me… are they just obtaining info on us with a bogus transaction they never intended to honor? They seriously need to get punished for this - I hate being wronged and nothing comes of it.

I order through Amazon 5 pellet containers from ZHH and they said that my order was delivered by FedEx but it wasn’t so they said they would give me a full refund but this is no help. No this doesn’t solve my issue. I want the containers. I feel that you made a pricing mistake and to save you from that you gave me a bogus FedEx tracking number that had nothing to do with me or the containers. So after it showed delivered on the tracking you know I would ask to find out what happened and you would just give me a refund and that would save you from a pricing issue and solve the issue but it doesn’t. If you made a pricing mistake then you should have to honor it and ship the item. I’ve looked your business up on google and it seems you have had a lot of issues in the past scoring a 1 out of 5. If this is the way you conduct business then you should not be allowed to sell here on Amazon or Walmart. You want to make it right and change my way of thinking about you then send the 5 containers I ordered and have them to me no later than December 6th. The original arrival date said December 2 thur December 6.

Man same store as most on here. Ordered product at 30.99. Was told by FedEx it was delivered and it wasn’t . Got a refund before it was told delivered . The price went up to $145.

Amazon said they were looking into pulling them out of the selling stuff on their site . I purchased the product for our church . They were so excited .. Very disappointed what has happened . Lying and false pricing . Amazon couldn’t help me at all . FedEx either .

Terrible, terrible seller. I don't understand what their deal is. They "shipped" my items, then sent me a cancellation notice. The tracking, which I understand now is fake, tracked all the way to delivered. Nothing was delivered. I contacted Amazon to complain and confirm that a refund was actually given. Why is this awful company allowed to sell on Amazon still?!

Theres almost 1000 reviews on Amazon and 60 percent are complaining. Also most the good reviews are thanking for refund. Or a sketchy review. Anybody know how to hold these people responsible? Class action suit maybe?

Same exact story as everyone else. Don’t understand why Amazon is continuing to let them sell on there site. I spoke to Amazon customer service they “took my information “

They are awful. Don't be scammed by them on Amazon. Do your due diligence. Just because they have 4.8 stars on Amazon doesn't mean they're a good company. ANYONE can buy reviews these days. ANY ONE.

Company did not honor sale price on item from Amazon. I will be sure to never buy from this company again.

I got a notice of a good buy on a product I buy at Amazon so I ordered 3 of the product and it was going to take about 10 days to receive however instead I got a notice of a refund of the order. It said order was on a dock. I got the refund but never got the product or an explanation as to why I didn't get the product. From other posts I get this is very common with this company. Very frustrating!!!!!

I refused to cancel so they sent me a fake FedEx tracking indicating it was delivered. When I called them out on it, they basically used it as a means of a refund. I contacted Amazon customer service. They sent a email to them to inform them i want the items i order. They then sent fact FedEx order numbers. Horrible company do not use them

Ordered Keurig cups from them. Said delivered at 4:56 pm checked door at 5:01 pm no package. Immediately called Amazon and said never received. Contacted FedEx and they said track number for different product and not my name or address seller told Amazon refunding money but never received money back as of yet very poor customer service, very poor business practices. Do not order from this company ever

I then ordered at the same price since I did t receive the product and they AGAIN provided a fake FedEx tracking number that said it was delivered. VERY disappointed that Amazon would allow such third party sellers with so many complaints on their site. I have no recourse but to post this review. And that isn’t good enough.

Ordered five cans of cashews never arrived,cheating jerks

This company had gift basket with snack items at a great price on amazon. I ordered 2 for my out of state adult kids. I was extremely disappointed because it was to take 10 day for deliver and the tracking stated it arrived to my city but then I got a refund notice. I found it products showed delivered on tracking but only to my city not my address. I emailed the company with a response of ...you were given a full refund sorry for the inconvenience. The company did not explain any issue so sounds like this company is doing fake tracking and delivery information to do fraudulent business.

This is very disappointing and waste of time. If I could give a negative star I would.

They shouldn’t even be rated they should be shut down and investigated for fraud! Collecting all this money and sending fake tracking numbers. No one should accept them as a business. Do not allow them to continue!
