If you’re considering buying from this company because of cheap prices, I would advise you to reconsider. While their prices may be low, it’s clear that you get what you pay for. If you’re looking for a reliable and high-quality foot massager, it’s worth investing in a product from a reputable company that stands behind its products and provides good customer service.

I purchased a foot massager that was defective! and when I returned it to Walmart they just passed the buck and kept saying between 3-5 days, 3-5 days and this has been going on for more than 2 months now and I am still trying. Words to the wise, if someone is considering buying from this company because of cheap prices, DON'T! Remember, you get what you pay for, and I did.

So, save your MONEY AND TIME!

I've ordered 3 times ,the first was perfect a 39 inch 8 panel playpen. The 2nd and 3rd was pitiful. I ordered the same outside playpen for my family dogs and they sent the 32 inch 8 panel. After emailing Walmart with pictures and order number, I received a hilarious response. The markings on the box 32 inch is the packaging, well if the packaging is 32 inch then the panels are surely not 39 inch. I recommend trying a different company, virtually no customer service or support.

Zenstyle sells scrap and then they don't give you your refund!! I've been getting the run around from Wal-Mart on getting me my refund! I've turned them into the BBB!!

Customer service is appalling, My order via Walmart. My order was not delivered, an yet the company emailed me it had been delivered on June 7th, after various emails from the company asking me to look in my garage. ask my neighbors about the package. I was then told to file a report with Fedex and they would replace the item. It turns out the item was returned to Zenstyle facility because the delivery label was incorrect! Signed and received at their facility on JUNE 7th and yet they did not know this and had me do all the leg work to try and find my item. They have made no effort to re-deliver expediently to correct their mistake! They never even apologized for the inconvenience! And I still have not receive the item!

Their wash machine sucks. It broke within weeks and is now useless and they are giving me a HUGE hassle for refund. DO NOT buy and it's only a 30 day policy. BE CAREFUL. Products are NOT GOOD

Same here 1 star. this wash machine does not spin right and the switches hurt your fingers and won't turn. It's almost always off balance!! Super aggravating. Not worth it. Buy another brand!!

Bought a VERY SLIPPERY dog ramp for my car. My dog actually slid down while trying to walk up it. Not funny if he injury himself. SAME story when it comes to returning it via Walmart. Wasted a few days with "customer service" . Not a good product or experience.

We bought the ZENSTYLE Cat Tree Dark Grey SKU: P01-2104-G5, which arrived today. It's CHEAPLY MADE, FUZZ GETS ALL OVER THE PLACE DUE TO THE CHEAP CLOTH COVERING, PARTS MISSING, HOLES DRILLED IN THE WRONG PLACES, which makes it HARD TO PUT TOGETHER!!! I called their number and after about 7 rings the call was disconnected. Their so-called customer service number is 909-320-2306 if you'd like to try calling them. Good luck with that as NOBODY WILL ANSWER!!!!

I wish I had seen these before I bought a washer thru them. Put in clothes, washed beautifully but won't spin. had to take the wet clothes out. tried spin only and the water sits there. Had to manually empty it. Now, I have a 200.00 dollar washer that won't spin....phone number still disconnected and no response to my contacting them.

Unable to return merchandise for refund. Walmart will not accept, while Zenstyle states item IS returnable at store. Zenstyle phone number is inactive. no known way to return item, Misguided information all around, plus BIG waste of time. I will see if I can cancel item from credit card.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS!!!! Not only are their products cheaply made and likely to break the company also has low quality customer service. I purchased 2 canopies for my daughter’s GRADUATION party and both collapsed and broke in several places… leaving me to quickly scramble around to purchase more. I sent pictures to the company to which I was met with replies like “we can send replacement PARTS” or “it’s past the return time frame, we can refund 20%”… wow 20% doesn’t change the inconvenience or ruining a special day. HEED THIS WARNING! This has been one of the worst transactions that I have encountered in years! The 10x30' tent is a worthless, inferior piece of junk. The product arrived with missing parts, which I am convinced would not have made a difference!

The only worst part of this purchase is the non existing customer service! I purchased through Walmart due to they listed that I could return to the store which turns out to be a LIE!

All Walmart offers is the same phone number found on the internet that doesn't offer a business greeting or voicemail and is apparently a cell phone number!

I am the customer and I want a refund, I could not utilize the junk for our baby shower and had to seek out an alternative an hour prior to the event!

DO NOT PURCHASE, THIS COMPANY HAS YET TO HONOR MY REFUND REQUEST!

Ordered a steel can with a step opener came all scratched up..I did not pay over $25 for a used scratched can..been trying to get ahold of them for over a week to no avail to get my refund..never going thru them..they don't send an invoice with packaging so had to search for info..they don't answer phones & let ring then says # unavailable/nit a good # etc etc..WTH wish read all these terrible reviews..mine should be a minus 10 star but don't have that..no way going to give my email out either scum bags robbers low lives stealers non Americans etc!!
