I ordered a Fold And Go Rollator in early April, and never received it. When I contacted Zendi with the order number, they said the number was incorrect, but they wasted no time sucking the money out of my account. When I clicked on the "order details" so I could forward them to Zendi, message said Zendi could not be reached, hmmmm. I recently saw that the same rollator is now even cheaper. Don't fall for this scam.

I ordered the "Fold-N-Go Rollator. Including shipping was $66.98 which was charged to my account on 4-15-23. I never received the product.

I ordered a rollator about two months back and have never got but you took my money

Ordered 2 different size flip-flops. Neither one of them fit. Tried to send it back through Walmart and I could not download the return label. They contacted Zendi, who contacted me with the email that I could not open up. I wrote them an email and I have not heard back yet. That was 6 days ago.. horrible company. Do not buy anything from them.
