Bad customer service no reply to emails returned a damaged product that they have confirmed in receiving almost three weeks ago and no money back yet bad return policy
I purchased 2 electric chairs from Yodolla on May 12,2021 and they do not work. I notify the Yodolla Company within three days of putting the chairs together; I noticed that they were damaged.
Yodolla agree to assist with the refund but never did anything. I have called, emailed Yodolla and Amazon for 3 years and neither company have assisted me with a refund or and exchange.
Yodolla stop responding to calls and emails. Amazon stated that they have an A-Z policy which will assist you with getting your money back if you order through them. They have not refunded my money nor have Amazon used any A-Z policy to assist me
I have sent photos and videos of the damaged chairs to both Yodolla and Amazon however, neither have provided assistance with obtaining a refund or and exchange.
Now I am told by Amazon that it has been to long for them to assist. I have call both companies and e-mailed both companies for 3 years how is it to long for them to assist me.
These two companies have a ZERO Rating from me.
My recliner chair came with no power cord from the back of the chair, so it do not work at all
Your quality control stinks the back were put the screw in back was crooked, they would not line up.
i had work 3 hrs figure how twist the hole to line up the holes up. YOUR QUAILITY STINKS
