Do NOT order from this company. They will create a shipping label so they can charge you for the product and then never ship the product!! Terrible. Rip off!

Although I didn't have most of the errors everyone else had, but I sure wish I had read the reviews before I purchased 20 lbs of the Crystal Fire Pit Glass Stones.
My trouble had more to do with the method of shipping, and the packaging. there was NO PROTECTION for items made of GLASS! Yes, I understand that they are made to withstand incredible temperatures, so not surviving the USPS didn't cross my mind. I can't tell you how many glass-made "paper cuts" I got! Do you know how many tpyos you make when four fingers are wrapped like The Mummy.
Horrible, I ordered rocks for my garden said they would be here Jun 26th have not received it, tracked it, and says Delivered, where? Not here, also I emailed them no reply, a couple of days later I checked the tracking and it now says delayed. I still trying to contact them nothing. They took my money though, and no rocks. Not a happy camper. Don't by from them.
I ordered some lava rocks off of Walmart's website and they emailed me and said some from Yard Elements would be contacting me. Well....it been several week now and NO ONE has reach out to me. I returned my item and still have received a FULL REFUND! I will never purchase anything in the future from Yard Elements because of the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Same story, same craziness. I keep calling and each person gives me a different story and new promises.....yet NOTHING. AND...they have my money! They took my money WEEKS AGO! I re-ordered the item ship to store just in case the first one was delayed because it was coming to my house......so now they have taken my money TWICE....and still NO PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED!!!! BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!!
No contact information for yard element inc. to see why my order was not shipped! After I was given a delivery date of 6/1/2020... now it shows pending through fedex. Only the label was created and this was ordered 5/26/2020! I have a rating for this company but it has nothing to do with stars! I do not recommend at all!!
I ordered some garden staples and a shipping label was created on May 26th, 2020 and the status has not changed. The item is expected by Jun 4th and it is now June 2nd and the post office still has not received the item. I live on the East Coast, this company is on the West coast. I am hoping that the company will be shipping priority mail so I can receive it by June 4th as stated on Walmart.com. I was in the middle of a project when I ran out of staples and needed more, and ordered from this company based on the fact that I'd have the garden staples within a reasonable time frame. The project remains unfinished due to the lack of response from this company. Walmart has tried to contact the seller and so have I, and there has been no response to both attempts as of today.
I put in an order in 5/19/2020. Received a usps shipping date from them and says it’d arrive by 5/21/2020 next day delivery. It has not arrived and of course being worried I called the company and they told me since they’re a small business they weren’t expecting so many orders during the pandemic but I guess everyone’s working on their landscape since we have the time now. Thank you Marianna for clarifying. Not happy with the delay as that’s why there’s no 5 stars but she did say orders (or at least mine) would be shipping out this Wednesday 6/3/2020. Hope this helps.
my story is the same as the ones above! I received a notice, my product would arrive Thursday May 12, 2020...it did not arrive, but you have charged my debit card & it is May 29, 2020. I checked on line & it says DELAYED check back later..I have the USPS tracking # but it will not let me in to check. I talked to Wal-Mart associate yesterday & she said a claim was sent to you (200528-091316) & someone would get in touch with me within 24 hours...I have not heard from you! I called & left voice message someone, PLEASE RESPOND!
I ordered from them on May 8th, today is May 28th. No word as to when my order is coming it just says on Walmart delayed. I went on to the Walmart site to email them and it won't let me, keeps saying try again later. NO SENSE OF URGENCY, NO COMMUNICATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, you should stop selling online, period! If I could have chosen a 0 rating I would have.
My initial order was placed on 5/14, with a delivery date of 5/18. On 5/18 i enquired with wallmart about the order and was informed my contact would be forwarded to yard elements and someone from yard elements would contact me (no contact from them) on 5/20 i CANCELLED the order (# 4062090966835) ( Item ID: 888531407) due to poor customer service and no merchandise, again i was informed from wallmart someone from yard elements would contact me.(no contact from them) on 5/21 i receive an update that my order was shipped, and debit card charged, the order was NOT shipped, it sits in your possession as opposed to USPS. WHY was the order not cancelled as i requested???
I ordered many days ago and have not received my landscaping stakes in the time frame set out by Walmart. Multiple attempts to contact Yard Elements Inc have have no reply and now I am attempting to cancel and refund my order with little success.
Will never order from this place again. Ordered rocks almost a month ago and got a notice my shipment label was created 3 weeks ago yet nothing has been shipped out. I messaged them and was told I would receive a response within 24 hours and never heard from them. So far they have charged me for my order yet have never sent my shipment. I plan to dispute this on my card if i don't receive my shipment in the next week. What a joke!
This company is full of it. they were supposed to refund my money to. They refunded my money to Walmart and not me. The customer service told me my bank has my money and wasn't releasing it to me. They can not be found on BBB website. I would not recommend this place for nothing. I Wouldn't even trust them.
I recently bought two (2) orders of glass firepit rocks from Rocks by Box through Walmart. I used red rocks tonight and they turned black!!! I have never had firepit rocks that lost their color before? I'm so annoyed!!
