We purchased an ice maker from this company and it broke after 5 months of gentle use. I contacted Walmart and they said this seller had so many complaints that they will be banned soon. Walmart themselves couldn’t even get a hold of them! Absolute disappointment. Be warned!!
Still waiting on a written warranty. They only replied that they will provide service, but I need a written warranty. It is not in the instruction book as most reputable companies provide. And where would I send the product back to if something did happen? China??? And how much would that cost.

I ordered a juicer and they sent me a case of water. What a scam. Don't trust this vendor
Ordered a desk. Came without all hardware. Doors do not work. Most importantly is they charged me double the amount! I want my money BACK!!!!!!!
