Xpression Mobile

I ordered a screen protector for my new cell phone. It was advertised as being fingerprint proof and smudge proof so your phone screen would always look neat and clean. It was NOT fingerprint proof or smudge proof. It also appeared to fit the screen snugly, but obviously did not because within 2 weeks there was dust inside and so it looked really dirty and made it hard to see the phone screen. I tried to return it to Walmart because the website said it would be returnable to store, however, Walmart told me they couldn't take it back and that I needed to contact the vendor directly. I did contact them and never received a response. I then contacted them again and of course they claimed that they had not received my initial contact and therefore the 30 days had already passed so they couldn't do anything for me. What a bunch of b.s. I will never order from this company again and I urge others not to waste their money ordering from Xpression Mobile.

Sent me a shattered screen protector for my new phone. I returned it to Walmart. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have my money back. Not very good customer service from either place. If u value ur money don't trust them with it.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY NAME!!! I ordered two cases, within two weeks. (I was reassured the second would go more smoothly.) NEITHER case actually shipped! The tracking stops the second it starts, in Walnut, CA. It says "acceptance pending", and falls into a black hole! You will never receive anything for your money! It is sickening that Wal-Mart accepts such companies as partners. Order from ANYONE but them!

Very disappointed with the case. This is the second one I got for two different phones and they both broke the same location . This last case I got didnt even last but maybe a month. Won't purchase again.

I got a poorly made product that was not what was advertised. Very disappointed by the product and the company. I'm making a complaint to walmart.
