In their return policy, it states that they will handle the return shipping. When it came time for them to produce the return shipping label for me to send back they incorrect item that they sent, they wanted me to pay for it. I refused, then they suggested I should mark refused on the original package and drop it off at the P.O. I refused because that would void my money back guarantee. Then they said to just drop it off at the PO. This too I refused be a use there would be no tracking involved. They could just said they never got it back. Then they put up an auto reply that they would be out of office until a day which was already in the past...such idiots. Then I got fed up because I knew they were trying to stall and get to day 10 so that they could win the case and not have to refund me my money. So I reached out to ebay and they made xotic finally send the return label. At the end of it they deducted 30% of my refund for them sending me the wrong item. Isn't that crazy? Luckily ebay refunded me the difference that they stole. Do not buy anything from these thieves. In the screenshot you will see that I ended up getting $52.64. They only wanted to return $36.85 for their mistake. Thieves, thieves, thieves.
