Bought a tablet case on walmart.com with this seller. It arrived, but it was the wrong size. I verified from my receipt that I ordered the correct size. I took the item to my local Walmart to return, and they said that I would be charged a $10 re-stocking fee on an item that cost $15.99. I told the person at customer service my opinion of that plan, so they said they would email them. No response from the seller. No contact info online. I found an email address and am attempting again....stay tuned....
Ordered an iPad case through Walmart Marketplace from them. Despite description saying it would fit my iPad model, it did not. Still waiting on a response to whether or not I can return item.

I ordered an iPad cover through Walmart . The order got delayed after I got a tracking #. I sent a message to walmart and xin yang, both replied to me the next day, said it must be lost and imedeatly refunded my money. About a month later it showed up in my mail box. I let them know I got it and would like to pay for it. Next day they said keep it free. Even thou there was a problem in delivery they were very responsive and fair. The iPad cover was a better quality than I expected for the price they were asking.
Bought an ipad cover from Walmart, and was redirected to this supplier. Having a horrible experience returning it. Still not returned. Walmart contacted Xin Yang on my behalf twice, NO REPLY from Xin Yang. I submitted a request on Xin Yang web site, with NO REPLY. I called Xin Yang, who agreed to contact China to see if the item could be returned and replied by email (requesting more information). Additional information was supplied but NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION provided. What the hell does a customer have to do to return an item that is the wrong size? DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
