Cancelled an order within the hour it was placed, but it charged me and sent out anyway. Have reached out to seller twice, and walmart, with no resolution. Customer rep from Walmart claimed seller would reach out to me within 24 hours, never heard from them in the entire time this issue has been going on. Figured I would refuse the package and it would return to sender and refund me, but turns out the order status changed from arriving on x date (date has passed, it did not arrive), to delayed, and a separate order I placed but did not cancel, with the item in it, has arrived with the item in two quantities instead of just one like it was supposed to. It has been almost two weeks, and I am still trying to resolve this issue.
