Actually, NO STARS. (But they wouldn't allow that option.) Initiate Return, 6062070321499 It has now been 3 weeks since my initial attempt to return an incomplete Christmas order. I have not received any reply from WOW other than a response that they would send me the missing item (which their site states is "unavailable". Perhaps they are waiting to see if they have one "returned"?) It is past Christmas... and I have already purchased alternative gifts. PLEASE answer my emails concerning the return of 3 of 4 units, and reimbursing me full payment( which was for 4 not 3). Also, I purchased insurance for these 4 electronic items, I am requesting reimbursement of the policies as well. I hope Walmart will stand behind their endorsement of your company if you don't honor your company and send me instructions for free returning and reimbursement in full.

People beware, I should have looked ar review first, placed order on 11/22 have not received an this is 12/20. Several emails sent through walmart.com an states I would hear from WOWparts in 48 hours, yet to hear anything! I will make sure that anything I order WILL NOT BE THROUGH WOWparts!!!! Would not even give it 1 star, but have to leave a rate.

Wanted to return a head lamp. It was all a huge contraption in comparison to others and cheap quality. Emailed for a return. First offered me a few bucks refund for inconvenience and emails gone back and forth offering 5 bucks and I only had that option and that they were trying to make it convenient for me. Then 10 , and if the box was damaged then I wouldn’t be able to return it. I said the box came damaged and refused. Then $14. For you who are reading this. I think this is a Chinese company and they put you through a series of emails always trying to convince you to keep it at a discount for inconvenience while telling you it’ll be a long process to get your refund.. They will straight bullsh%t and lie to the last few busks making up different reasons or excuses, only options and lastly refund mishaps like your refund failed after a week before they said they issued it. They finally accepted to do so but you have to keep refusing their offers. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Ordered from walmart.com, item shows as delivered never received. Response from wow was to ask the mailman and neighbors to look for it. Asked for shipping information multiple times still no response. Very pissed at walmart trying to get payment refunded but it was on Walmart card they say "work it out with the vendor".

Bought a set of led lights and plug was cut so no way for them to turn on. Nice company

On 8/29/20 got a webcam from Wowparts, thru Walmart.com. Did not work. Supposedly plug'n'play but had to try to get a driver, and then a special app-- worked for abt 15 seconds then froze. Restart app, got error msg; download and install app twice more, same results. I have to give Walmart kudos on this, finally. At first, local store refused to refund, said contact Wowparts. I did, and got meaningless email back saying 'please wait a little longer for delivery'. Wut?? Called Walmart and they did the refund. Again, kudos to Walmart for this, and NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM WOWPARTS!!!!

The company (WOWParts) should at least stop advertising 48 hour delivery. Multiply the time by four and then just maybe the part will arrive.

IF YOU ARE ON THIS SITE YOU HAVE OBVIOUSLY MADE A MISTAKE LIKE I DID FAR AS MAKING A PURCHASE. i ORDERED A WIFI EXTENDER FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS STILL WAS NOT ABLE TO CONNECT TOOK IT BACK TO WALMART FOR A REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS ORDERED OFF LINE . UNFORTUNATELY, THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISED THEY COULD NOT REFUND IT.. BUT IT WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK THROUGH MERCHANT. WELL I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY BUT NOTHING . I HAVE TRIED TO EMAIL BUT GUESS WHAT / WHEN YOU TRY TO SEND THE MESSAGE IT GIVES YOU AN ERROR. SO NOW IN FEAR OF NOT GETTING MY MONEY BACK OR EVEN A RESPONSE I WILL HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK AND I HAVE DECIDED TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION. WOWParts ADVERTISED PS4 charging station, the item I received is a straight up KNOCK OFF! This is NOT buyers remorse (unless you count the KNOCKOFF portion) I thought the descriptions HAD TO BE ACCURATE but I was wrong. Thanks for NOTHING; You made me say Wow, just NOT the way it should be. I am not wanting to let them sell this POS to anyone else, I might just suck up the loss and GO TO THE STORE to PURCHASE WHAT I PAID FOR ALREADY! I cannot believe Walmart would partner with such a horrid company. I bought two lights which don't work as described - there have been over 5 emails exchanged just trying to get a refund. This will .ake me never shop at Walmart either as their customer service will not help

I would not give this company a star. I ordered light bulbs and the wrong ones. Immediately I realized my mistake and sent messages. Basically they wanted to give me 4$ back which is a joke and was told the order already shipped so just keep them and give them to your friends. Complete joke!! Walmart needs to drop this company

If I could give it no stars, I honestly would. I canceled my order 5 minutes after I paid for it and wasn’t contacted until late the next day where they said they shipped the item and won’t cancel it. Obviously they don’t know how to look at their emails because I know they didn't ship it at 11 pm 5 minutes after I ordered it. I was offered $7 back for a $17 purchase and they won’t let me return the item because “that would be too hard”. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! They said “You can just give it to a friend”. REALLY?!? YA’LL SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICEEEE.

I ordered a personal alarm from this company. It's absolutely a piece of junk! I paid $5.96 & it's not worth 5 cents! I called Walmart Customer Service on Saturday August 10,2019 with my complaint. If I don't hear from WOW parts by Monday August 12, 2019 I will contact Walmart once again! I want my money refunded

I ordered something from wowparts and they sent the wrong item. I e-mailed them immediately asking for return information. After attaching the requested photos of the damaged product, they said (after 4 days of waiting) that they were sorry and would remedy the situation. They notified me that the photos were not received. I then sent them an additional 3 times. No reply for another 2 days. Finally acknowledged my reply after 6 days and just informed me again that they could not see the photos. I am not retarded. I know how to attach photos. I do not ever think I will be able to return my item due to their inability to respond to customer issues. I will never order from them again. Zero stars would be great.
