WONDERFUL STORE

I bought the kids ATM bank and when it arrived the box was torn and tattered and the ATM came without the ATM card and the screw in the back was stripped so you could not open it to put batteries in it! Walmart gave me a full refund after the Wonderful Company offered 10% refund! This company should be ashamed of itself for selling junk!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! They will scam you by sending you the wrong item in bad condition and then offering you only a 10% refund. They will NOT give you a full refund unless you try to send it back to China. They are making money off of their own mistakes. If I could give them zero stars I would.

My order apparently got lost. I was told I'd get a refund but waited a week and nothing. I would not recommend buying from this company as they could possibly rip you off.

Wonderful Product LTD is a third party seller on Walmart and I ordered from them a replacement part for my PlayStation that was defective. This is the response #1 I received from them:

“ Dear friend We feel so sorry for the trouble. could you please provide more details to indicate the problem clearly? 1)Please upload a video on YouTube or send it here. 2)please share the link of video here. 3)we will check with staff of our factory for the feedback. then we will give you an ideal solution. Nice day”

Weird, right? I proceed to reply with a short video of the component not working and a few pictures showing the part was correctly installed. Here is response #2:

"Dear friend, we are sorry for the trouble, understand your feeling, it is annoying to get the item does not reach expectation after waiting long. how about we refund you 10% as compensation ? we hope we can try our best to make you satisfied . waiting for your reply"

Wow, seriously!? As I was halfway done writing my flaming reply when I decided ‘why bother’. On what planet would a 10% refund on a defective produce be acceptable, and anyone that would propose this as a solution is playing games.

Instead I called Walmart customer service at 800-925-6278 and I was able to get the transaction reversed. Call this number and talk to them if you’ve been burned by this seller. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Bought a product that requires an adapter. An adapter which can never fit my phone. Cannot find how to return it. And, even though Walmart sells it, wants nothing to do with the return!

What a scam! I demand an answer!

Advice to the buyer, BEWARE! The item I received is not what I ordered. I wanted to exchange the item I received for the item I had originally ordered. After emailing back and forth for 5 days straight I still could not ascertain if they even have the item I ordered. I was offered 10%, 20%, and then 30% refund. I finally found a customer service phone number for walmart.com 800-925-6278. The representative I spoke with was very professional and was able to override seller transaction and process a refund to my credit card. Although I'm stuck with something I don't want and can't use, at least I have a full refund to find a replacement. I would rate this seller at - minus 5 but it won't let you and I had to give it a star when it actually deserves a 5 turd rating!

Fraudulent company not approved by the bbb

The quality of this company’s products is ridiculous. I can’t believe Walmart allows them to sell on its site.

I'm just out $16 and change. This is not a local company. It's like wish. You get a Walmart offer and you wish the item would arrive. They charge you once they ship it from China. They are like wish but double the price. Then nothing shows up and they play tracking games. You lose.

I ordered a mini ice cream candy cart for a little girl .was supposed to have lights and music (using 2 AA batteries) hell it didnt have a battery compartment. WHAT A JOKE. really entertaining for a 3 year old child.... so I've got something for you..

I ordered a "non-glare" laptop screen film protector. ant

It arrived in a flimsy plastic envelope with dents and bends from shipping and handling.

It was NOT anti-glare, but glossy finished.

I contacted W P Ltd through walmart.com. They asked for photographs, which I supplied.

They offered 20% and 30% refund with no acknowledgement of the product damage,

but giving patronizing dialog, in poor grammar, about their burden of loss of the product and shipping cost,

while adding they are concerned "for my buying experience".

OK - my mistake for not checking reviews before this purchase. :-(

This company is a fraud. Do not purchase anything from Walmart that comes from this company. I'm upset with Walmart for using them as a supplier without looking into the company first. I ordered a teeter totter and received face mask . The company told me returning items to China would cost lots and to sell the item I got . 0 rating from me

DO NOT purchase from this company. They offered me $5 on an $100 order so I could 'avoid time and shipping costs', and then bumped it to $10. The product does not work that I ordered, and I want a full refund. I should NOT have to pay to ship this back either.

I ordered a 4 camera security system from this joke of a company. Hooked up one camera and it worked but as soon as I connected another one, the first camera went black. Unhooking the second one didn't fix the problem, stayed a black screen. Tried for hours to get it to work to no avail. Requested a refund for my 100$ purchase and they offered me 10$. Are you freaking kidding me?! Another email from them asking if I want 25$. Ummm...did I pay 25$ for this crappy ass security system??? And why would I wanna pay to get it fixed somewhere when it should work right to begin with!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen!! -5 stars in my opinion. I will be telling all friends and family to never buy anything from this shitty ass company!!!
