Don’t do business with Won Lane. The business is a vendor thru Walmart and Amazon. This business is a total fraud! THIS BASTARD IS A RIP OFF! Lists item at one price, but after your order is placed, they change the price and you never receive the item you purchased! Deserves a zero rating and needs to be shut down!
Horrible customer service. Would not refund or replaced damaged/unusable item. Kept sending the same response in an email.
This company is horrible to deal with. I placed an order with them online and their form changed my town and zip code when I pressed send. I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours by email because there was no way to immediately cancel the order on their site. They refused to let me do that after waiting 2 days to respond to my email telling me my order had already been processed. After several emails back and forth in which they claimed they couldn't do anything unless I sent the item back, they sent the item to the wrong address and are trying to hold me at fault. I have told them countless times that I will not pay for an item I did not receive. They responded with an email that said the mistake was on my end and due to their policy they were unable to do anything to have this corrected. However, they do apologize for the inconvenience. There is no way I will let them get away with this and have put a stop payment on my credit card until this is resolved. What a terrible way to do business and treat a customer. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.
ZERO Stars - I ordered a freestanding coat from who I thought was Wal-Mart and I received a TOWEL in the mail... a cheap ass towel, and received an email stating that my order was delivered! How do I get my money back!!!!????

If you really want your items DON'T buy here. You won't get them. But you will get a hard time trying to find out what happened to them. Wal Mart stop doing business with these people.
Just like the others on here, I got completely fucked over by these shysters. I ordered a dog bed from them through Walmart, and though the bed I received was tagged as a medium, it was the size of the small. I called and emailed immediately, and they initially tried to have me keep the wrong size bed and give me a partial refund; I don’t freakin think so. I told them I wanted the correct bed. They were supposed to ship it to me ASAP. It is now 3 weeks and multiple emails later, and still nothing. DO NOT buy from this company! They’d better issue me a full refund and then some, because this is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
0 STARS !!! STAY AWAY!!! These people are crooks who do not issue returns. Please take them to Small Claims Court and notify Attorney General of CA! There are many complaints all over the internet and Better Business Bureau about them.
I ordered a dog crate from them on the 4th of Sept. I was told then it would be here by the 10th. On the 10th I checked on the U.P.S. site to see progress. It now says won't be delivered till the 12th! I called U.P.S. and they of course told me to get ahold of Won Lane and they give me this run around of how it is not their fault but to look at the information on U.P.S. Won Lane did NOT give to them till Sept. 6th! Well the 12th came and went and when I got home from work that night NO crate! I called this Won Lane the next day after calling everyone else that night and they said to call this person and that. I finally got someone that knew how to speak English and on the 19th was told by Amy that it would be shipped out next day. Checked again today and wow nothing on shippers website that they even got it to ship. So again I called Won Lane and spoke to this snobby person named Carla and she said now that there was a back order on these crates! I won't have shipping information till this Monday and then I should have it by Sept 28th. I told her if it was not in my home by the 28th I would file with the BBB, un surprisingly she was not concerned. STAY AWAY from this company by all means! I will never deal with them again and I have let many that I deal with in animal rescue know NOT to do business with them! Can I give them a minus 20 in stars?????
We ordered and received the folding dog ramp. It is exactly what we ordered. UPS didn't ship it to our address at a campground,but we finally tracked it down. The ramp is pretty cool. Our dog is 32 lbs. and 12 years old. This thing is pretty neat. It folds down into the size of a small suitcase.It also came with the gritty pads to give the dog traction. You just stick them on the ramp. Thank you.
TLDR: This company is unprofessional and incompetent, if not downright unethical. AVOID!!
I ordered a dog crate and I've been trying to get it for a month. First, they say it's lost in shipment. Then they supposedly send another one. When you ask where your order is, they tell you to contact UPS. UPS said the tracking number was wrong and my name wasn't even on it -- it wasn't even my order. I tried emailing them 5 or 6 times and every time, they send a canned email saying to check with your neighbor (seriously?!) or contact UPS.
Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Wish I could give ZERO stars.
I will give credit to Walmart, though. Their escalation team helped out and made a strong effort to make me whole again. Hopefully Walmart continues to do the right thing and kicks these scumbag crooks Won Lane out of Walmart Marketplace.

I ordered a dog ramp. When it arrived there was no anti-slip barrier! I called and wanted refund #1 I live in Montana..lots of snow..#2 Two small dogs (12#) No way they can run up, what is made of plastic. Because I received the ramp and it was not what I expected I have to pay return shipping! A joke! NEVER purchase again and am posting my opinion on facebook!

Buyer beware! POS! Dog crate arrived broken, bent, with very cheap filmsy metal. Its cheaper than other crates, but I paid for it in damages after he broke the crate and got out. I just bought it two weeks ago and now need a replacement. Can I give this 0 stars? Ridiculous.
Brought the large crate! Broke less than 30 days. To get a refund I would have to mail the crate back. They box was damaged in shipping. I NEVER got the return label like Nelson said he did. Told me to get a box from the UPS store. Customer satisfaction is HORRIBLE just plan HORRIBLE!
After discovering a manufacture defect on a product I first called Won Lane to first ask about the warranty. They wouldn't confirm a warranty (Red Flag) even after a call back from Brad Lyons (From Won Lane if that's his real name) he still wouldn't confirm a warranty. I then pointed out the manufactures web site states a 1 year warranty and he confirmed this and was ready to sell me the product under false representation. I then asked for an RMA to return the defective product that was 5 months old and he then told me they offer only a 60 day warranty. Won Lane is an authorized distributor according to the manufactures website and that makes them legally responsible to honor their warranty since these clowns have nothing in writing stating any such exception for the product. I have filed a complaint with Walmart and filled out the warranty return form directly to the manufacture to resolve. Hopefully Walmart will intervene and turn this into a satisfactory online purchase.
They are the worst. Never will I purchase any from them again.
