If I could give negative zero I would! Where is the customer support? This crate is poorly made and extremely thin. The gate doesn’t even line up with the kennel and it has a gap in it. The second gate barley stays latched. I contacted Walmart weeks ago to complain, still no answer from them or the seller. Buyer beware!!!

Cover arrived as described. Fits my BMW fine. Problem is the car side has the soft lining, with a white substance that sticks to the car.

Its not a powder is a sticky white film that can't be wiped off. the only way to clean the car is to wash it with soap.

Bad product -- Pass this by.

Ordered a lock for trailer. Said it would be here today 5/12 wed. Mail came it was not there, checked tracking and it shows it was sent to post office in another town!!!! Never again!!

These guys are a scam. They take yout money, send u a cheap license plate cover which u did not order with a note saying they are having issues with the manufacturer of the item u ordered. Then instruct u to call ROBIN at a # that is not taking calls. Their customer service # has a message saying they are no longer accepting calls.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Won Lane are scam artist! Created a tracking number but never had UPS pick up the shipment.

What sucks even more is that Wal-Mart supported these crooks and never bothered to check that the order was shipped or delivered on time. And the ultimate bad service was to have me suffer and search for the crooks AKA won lane and discover they have an F Rating with the BBB

Ordered a product through Walmart marketplace. Received shipping info and then the shipping stops and shows "delayed" It does not take 12 days from Gardena, CA to ship anywhere in the US. I had same experience with customers receiving a wash cloth saying there was a mistake on their logistics. I ordered a 3 wheel kid scooter and received a wash cloth. Number is a google phone number which most scammers use. They just duped us with $31.

DO NOT order from this distributor. They do not send you the products you order. There is no way to communicate directly with them. Walmart will not assist if there is a problem with the order. Order from them at your own risk.

I ordered a scooter for my grandsons third birthday. Was supposed to arrive 2-days prior. Still isn't there and hasn't even left the facility. Has a tracking number but hasn't been received at ups. So likely want even in stock...

This TRULY THE WORST SUPPLIER from WALMART! I ordered a Pet and Pals dog stroller and IT NEVER ARRIVED! I had to call Wal-Mart.com when it wasn't delivered and they contacted Won Lane for which I received an ambiguous response. Won Lane NEVER reported to me or Wal-Mart in the process. Don't order from them at least through Wal-Mart.

These people are scammers. They sent me the wrong color stroller which obviously is cheaper. I found their number online and several angry customer reviews on the BBB page. They made me take pictures of the used stroller which I received yesterday a day late and it was the wrong color. He said I have to wait for them to take their time and email the return label. I wasted 30 minutes on the phone with this guy out of California. Walmart is scamming people with their 3rd party seller excuse that isn't posted on their website. If you want to return something or if something is wrong with the item you have to wait for Won lane to take their time to reply and they come up with excuses so they don't take the item back. Google them and see for yourself, they are scamming lots and lots of people and they are in California, they need to be charged with something.

Don’t do business with Won Lane. The business is a vendor thru Walmart and Amazon. This business is a total fraud! THIS BASTARD IS A RIP OFF! Lists item at one price, but after your order is placed, they change the price and you never receive the item you purchased! Deserves a zero rating and needs to be shut down!

This company is horrible to deal with. I placed an order with them online and their form changed my town and zip code when I pressed send. I tried to cancel the order within 24 hours by email because there was no way to immediately cancel the order on their site. They refused to let me do that after waiting 2 days to respond to my email telling me my order had already been processed. After several emails back and forth in which they claimed they couldn't do anything unless I sent the item back, they sent the item to the wrong address and are trying to hold me at fault. I have told them countless times that I will not pay for an item I did not receive. They responded with an email that said the mistake was on my end and due to their policy they were unable to do anything to have this corrected. However, they do apologize for the inconvenience. There is no way I will let them get away with this and have put a stop payment on my credit card until this is resolved. What a terrible way to do business and treat a customer. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.
