If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered a television for my office through WalMart and it was shipping by this third party company who is an authorized seller on walmart.com. The TV came with a cracked screen. When I asked for a replacement it was shipped out but sent to the wrong address and then returned to the sender. The solution of this nonsense company was to order the TV again through Walmart so Walmart can provide them with a shipping label. It's not my problem you dont have a shipping label. The TV should be reshipped to the correct address no questions. It was certainly no fault of ours that the original TV came damaged. Do not purchase anything from this company.
an item i ordered was not even shipped until 4 days before the estimated delivery date. then the delivery date was delayed by a week! when i finally got my item, it wasn’t even the product i ordered!! do NOT recommend
I made a rather large purchase and waited weeks for a delivery, when it didn't come I called, another date was set, and this time I got an email at 11 at night on the day of delivery telling me that day doesn't work for them. So again I called, I finally got an answer to my phone call after6 times trying, only to have someone hang up on me. I cancelled my order, and will NEVER buy anything from Wal-Mart or Wisebuy again.
