Bought a Ipad from Walmart at a good price .... it came with no problems... opened it and tried to update the OS to 15.1 ... it would not let me as it kept telling me that it was to old of an Ipad.... so it was not the one that I ordered ... so I sent it back the next day in the same package that it was sent in... so now they are trying to tell me that it was not the one that was sent and it is ... so they want to charge my credit card and I do not have the item... which is a rip off .... I will never ever use them again... period...!!!!

I purchased a Refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 9 unlocked blue. When I received the phone it was locked and the wrong color. Inside of the package, it had a UPS label inside, but it was sent by FedEx in a damaged package. This company is a complete scam. Walmart needs to band this third-party site.

Don't believe this one star - I didn't want to use any but I wasn't able to send the comment unless I did. The customer service is absolutely horrible with this business. I too was also hung up on several times. I do NOT recommend them. Be careful!

If I were you, I'd think twice before ordering anything from these folks. On July 15th. I ordered an 6 gen. iPod from these folks through Walmart. I received an iPhone 6 generation. I tried several times to notify them for an exchange, and as of today, July 26th, I'm still waiting to hear from them. I would NOT be surprised it the iPhone does NOT work. Al A. 07/26/21

Purchased a “refurbished” iPhone XS Max and the front camera didn’t work. Understandable, these things happen. But I called them to ask where the return package is at and where my refund is and they hung up on me. Product didn’t match description and customer service is very poor.

Overall would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered a phone from here and the phone I received was stolen and on the block list.
