Another bad review why is Walmart continuing to let this go on we bought a intex pool filter online at Walmart. Com it doesn't work took it back to our local store and like all the others we can't help you contact 3rd party we have to be ignored emails not answered phone calls and now our pool is setting getting ruined from not being able to filter the water so who is going to.pay for all the lost money in our pool maybe the BBB will help us

THIS is the worse company I have ever dealt with including Walmart.com that uses these low class 3rd companies to do business and they don’t give a rats ass about helping a customer. I will NEVER buy from Windy City Superstore or Walmart.com. I purchased a pool pump that does not work on my Pool because the hose connection is too small and they would let me return it at a return cost of $28. Screw them, I rather sale it an make all the money back then let these idiots take another penny from me.

Horrible seller! I will NEVER purchase from them again. I am disputing the charge for a defective product. They actually told me to contact the manufacturer because the hot tub would not turn on rather than get a refund from them. Useless.

This store is a scam. You email and email and there are no replies. When you call the provided number it says to email and hangs up. It is a scheme they make money on peoples order money with interest and then take forever to give a refund. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Bait and Switch Scam Company!! I ordered a product one day and the next day they cancelled my order. It was still available if I wanted to pay $100 more. Walmart said they could not help me and the company said they cannot honor that price. Walmart should no longer do business with them and they should learn how to honor prices they post online.

Windy City Superstore will not win any awards for customer service. We purchased an Intex Air Matress with built in pump to use for a guest during the Thanksgiving holidays. The item was purchased in Oct, but we did not use it until recently. It is very uncomfortable and tends to tip the person off of the mattress. We are aware we were a few days past the 30 day return policy but thought the company might make an exception . Not with Windy City Superstore. No more shopping from this store for me. Amazon forever!
