Wholesale Connection

Purchased a Singer sewing machine from Walmart as a Christmas gift for my daughter. When I received it, they had sent a refurbished machine. When I contacted them about it, they tried to tell me that I purchased a refurbished one because the new one cost more. I went on to tell them that the description didn't say anything about refurbished when I purchased it. So I went back on my order from Walmart and tried to pull up the sewing machine that was pictured when I ordered it and don't you know it didn't show up.

Will advertise products. Take your money . Send you something completely different than what you ordered. Then tell you they have don’t what you ordered. Whole process takes more than two weeks and I’ll still have the tools I ordered. Customer service is a joke, they mess up bad and just say ah well.

Ordered a generator and got an ac unit

Ordered a TV on wal marts website, only to find out it went through a 3rd party seller. We never received our television because it got lost in transit. How do you lose a TV? Anyways, we contacted the seller since wal marts customer service told us thats who we needed to speak to first the were horrible! We didn't receive our TV and instead of offering a replacement or refund they said "We will file a claim that will take 7-14 business days until we investigate" Now mind you this is the holiday season and the TV is a Christmas present. No goddamn way we are waiting until after Christmas for a refund/replacement. Which they never offered anyway. We had to call wal mart back and they refunded us. Wholesale Connection is shit, never go through them. I hope they go out of business. I would rate this -5 stars if that was an option.
