This is an absolutely ridiculous company to work with. I ordered a pair of glasses through Walmart, WholsCamera being the third-party seller. WholsCamera sent me the wrong glasses. When I emailed them, I never received a response....so I followed up by calling Walmart. They gave me a phone number to reach this company. I was able to get ahold of someone who was very helpful in directing me, and had someone follow up by emailing me. I was offered two options: 1) a partial refund, and keep the glasses, or 2) a full refund and send the glasses back. I expressed that I needed the correct glasses ASAP, but I was willing to just keep these glasses depending on the partial refund amount. I didn’t get a response after I had asked how much that could be for. I sent two more emails (that went unanswered) before calling them again. I got the same helpful man on the phone that assured he would get me the answer I was looking for. I got an email from a new person to send the glasses back, claiming that there’s no such option as a “partial refund,” AND I’d have to pay to send them back.
They sent me the wrong glasses and don’t even have the correct glasses in stock. Walmart should just drop a company that can’t stand by its product, nor properly follow-up to make sure that the mistake has been corrected. Why should a paying customer have SO many unanswered emails?! There’s no consistency with who you’re emailing. I got so freaking fed up with this ridiculous company that at least Walmart was able to refund my money.
Don’t ever buy anything from here unless you can deal with a massive headache when they send you the wrong item. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I ordered Logitech 910-005647 MX Master 3 Wireless Mouse for $89.99 on Dec 14 2020 as Xmas gift thru Walmart Marketplace. According to WhoIsCamera, it should have been delivered by Dec 22. As of January 2, 2021 I have not received item and tracking order has not changed since Dec 15 and just states order is on its way. I contacted seller on Dec 29 and as of Jan 2 did not hear back. I will not be buying from WhoIsCamera again.
