Keep every bit of correspondence you have with this guy. This lazy loaf seller is seriously like a scam artist. He lied to me, he told me to return an item that didn’t even work, he assured me that he’d refund me. He never did refund me. So I did what another unhappy customer wrote in a review and I finally got my money BACK. He’s now on file for fraud again!

I can believe anything regarding Walmart these days, as Walmart is now owned mostly by China. If you have a problem with an online order or a grocery pick up order, the customer service number you call goes straight to China and that’s the end of the line. People in China decide whether or not to make something right. Don’t count on much from them.

This sellers probably anti American too.

Ordered a Samsung note 10. They sent me a Korean note 10 5 g phone.I have the serial number for the device sent to me.i returned the phone and they claimed I returned the wrong device.so they charged me for the phone and now nobody has any info on the phone that was sent to me.i will most likely be evicted from my apartment over this BS.how do you just take almost $400 from someone when I returned what was sent to me???

You didn’t either did you, mr West end enterprises. You’d think with China owning more of Walmart atp, these American sellers would act right but this one, absolutely did not. And on that note, I wanna make sure everyone understands this, when you order online from Walmart, china will be handling your purchase, even if the third party seller is in the United States. And even when you do pickup, grocery or otherwise, even when it’s a food order filled by workers here locally, when there’s an error or you have a question, etc etc and you call the 800 number, you WILL be dealing with China and that’s the end of the road too.. Trust me, I had to learn this the hard way and WALMART still owes me money from December 2020. One way or another, I’m getting my moneys worth too by God. A word to the wise, if you tweet, be careful what you say, their Walmart and Walmart help have Twitter accounts and they will target you if you say something they don’t like. Next thing you know, none of your plastic (credit/bank cards etc) work anymore. That’s a bitch when the banks closed and you need gas for your car. They’ll dox you, they’ll hack you, they will cyberattack you. its the amateur version of the communist merit system. I’m living (barely) proof, they make too many mistakes.

As for west end crap ent, when he refuses to pay you back, let your bank know. That’s considered fraud. It’s unlawful. Nail this scam artist loser! Keep all your paperwork in order. All the best to you. Btw China, Americans don’t mind paying for what we get, but whatever it is needs to be in working order. Don’t rip us Americans off, it’s isn’t cool. AT ALL.

The item works fine it didn’t work out for me though but they won’t give me my money back now. That’s 100$ that I am NOT donating to these thieves.

My advice keep your money because this company sells defective phones and won't refund money when called on it. I bought my 13 yr old an iphone 7 and it was defective. Now he is very upset because it don't work. Beware

This company Westend enterprises, is a total scam job. They send you junk and you pay your good money for it. Bought mine through a Walmart site, third-party site that is, did not know this was a third-party site. I received junk just like everyone else on this review. I contacted Walmart they have refunded my full amount spentOn this product.I have filed a complaint with Walmart and Capital One for a dispute about the 20% restock fee and a $15 return fee that’s a scam. They send you junk and scam you out of your money. Contact Walmart to get your refund. Good luck people

Not even worth 1 star. Bought iPad mini for my grandson for Christmas. It works but very outdated. Can’t get [email protected] to reply or answer a phone number they gave. It of course goes to vm that has not been set up. I found the reviews when looking them up online. Wish I would have seen before I threw $100+ away

DO NOT purchase products shipped from this company. We purchased iPhone 8 through Walmart.com and it was a scam!! The phone is useless!! Buyer beware. If I could give negative stars I would! Emails bounce back from the company and the phone number is someone’s cell phone- not a corporate number.

I had got an iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB and it will not let me connect with my carrier and it has a whole different serial number and the description of the phone said that it was unlocked. Do not buy from them. The first iPhone 7 I got did not work with any apple chargers or earbuds. I had to send it back but was without a phone for a week. The second one I got displayed a no service message and I have to get a new one.

Ordered two iPhone 6 phones from this company. Walmart .com said fully tested, fully unlocked. When we tried to activate the phones. Phone#1 was reported stolen and the battery would not hold a charge. Phone#2 was carrier locked. We bought two paper weights from this company. They are not testing the phones at all. Hoping for replacement or refund. Why is Wal-Mart still working with this seller?

No sounds or vibrations. Seri can’t even talk to me. I can talk only on Speaker phone. It does ring for a phone call and alarm clock settings. Nothing else. Can’t even play my bought music. No notifications sounds or voicemail alerts. Just want it fixed! Everything I have is downloaded to this phone!!!

I ordered an I Phone 7 plus from this company. 6/24/20. Received it on 6/25/20 which was great. Tried to connect to Sprint but it isn't capable even though I specified my carrier is Sprint. My son took the phone to the Sprint Store it was a lost cause. I've tried to call their number but their voice mail is full. Also email won't go through. Next step is Pay Pal that's the way I paid for it. I should have read the reviews. I'm sending it back promptly.
