This company a sub company from Wal-Mart absolutely sucks I had ordered a ice maker it was supposedly in a "accident" and they never resent one or acknowledged to resend or tomade it right I called Wal-Mart customer service they will give me my $ back but this damn company won't take it out of transit so I can get my money back very very bad co don't order from them at all...
They simply REFUSE to take an unopened item back and NEVER send a return label.
Highly CRIMINAL company !!!!
They shipped via Fedex, but did not include the Fedex shipping number. I have no way of tracking the package through Fedex. I have the order number, but Fedex doesn't recognize that.
Did not allow me to cancel my order after shipping dates were changed. Shipped item well after I requested cancellation and refund and now want me to pay to return.
