Weekendmart

DO NOT BUY from them. They are difficult when you need customer service. You cannot return items to the store even though they originally state you can return to the store. Id give 0-ZERO stars if I could.

Ordered an item that ended up looking completely different than the pictures and was not accurately described, so I was not able to use it for what I purchased it for. Contacted the seller for refund, they wanted me to pay for return shipping, which would have ended up being more money than I paid for the item in the first place. Seller was also extremely rude via email and not very concise in explaining return shipping information. Ended up giving them 1-star review on walmart product review and am trying to figure out how to submit higher level review to walmart because I have never had such horrible customer service with online purchases through the walmart website/app. very unhappy...

item was junk so i asked for refund. seller asked me a question, followed by another question a few days later. then nothing but silence. i saw that what he did was get past the return window date so that he would not have to give a refund.

I ordered Xiaomi smart watch over two months ago and have not heard anything from Weekendmart. They stole my money for the order and have refused to get back in contact despite my emails to them and Walmart. Very disappointed in the service, was looking forward to my new gear before I moved countries but now I have moved from USA to UK and have little chance of ever recovering either the watch or the $45 dollars I spent.

Very unhappy with this store.

Felt like a scam.

Will change review if any of their representatives get in contact with me and fix this.
