I ordered a dress on March 9th for my anniversary dinner on the 20th. When I ordered the delivery date was by the end of the day on 18th. I could track the order and saw it never moved from the shipping partners warehouse in CA from the 11th until the 18th. It will not arrive until supposedly now the 22nd. I can't cancel it so I get to deal with returning it. By the scan times it looks like they lost it. So disappointed because the dress did look pretty on-line. When questioned why it hadnt moved in a week, I got a robot response of please wait. It did not address my actual question. Now I can attempt to find something last minute. Thanks for nothing! If i could I'd do 0 stars because they did not do what they said they would.
