I bought a Kichler Triad chandelier advertised as “new” from this seller through Walmart marketplace. It is missing spot lights, all hanging rods, top cover, and connectors. It is in a box that is damaged, and has clearly been opened and closed multiple times. I plan to return this item unless a substantial discount is offered. I contacted the manufacturer, and they will send me the parts, but for a pretty steep price. I have no way to contact the seller except through this review.
