Extremely upset that I ordered over two weeks ago and my order has not shipped. To add insult to injury I have sent several messages and emails with no response. I would highly recommend you don't order from them! They steal your money and leave you hanging in the wind!!!

I placed an order for two t-shirts in August, They sent the wrong ones and they were both the same shirt. Also, I recently was going through my account and found three extra charges. Not sure why they would continue to charge me until making this complaint- I noticed some of you guys saying you were put in a dog club… what does that do? When I made the purchase i was not told this would put me into a club- pretty shady to do it this way when there are plenty of people who would donate, just tell them beforehand. I didn’t even receive the Tshirts until October.

0.0 is my review. I have contacted u guys a few weeks back and ask that u remove all of my information. I did not authorize to be on any type of membership club. Please REMOVE ALL MY INFORMATION!!! Please don't take anymore money out of my account!!!!!!

I have NEVER RECEIVED MY T SHIRT OR NOTHING and I Cancelled my membership and their still trying to take the money out of my account!

I ordered from them one time and it was great but after this last time and the back and forth emails. NEVER again just another set of scammers! Too bad people can't put their underhanded way to the actual good of things! 1 star is because I couldn't put less!

I never received the tshirt I paid for or the welcome kit from the hero club I have ask them three times to remove me from the hero club without any success

Horrible experience with this company.I have had same thing told to me every time I reach out to them as to where my order is that I placed months ago.Dont waste your money there are more honest places to donate to.

This is the most sorry ass ppl to get anyone to feel sorry for you guys sorry asses. You're a piece of shit in my book. These people are only out to steal your money. Do not order anything cause you will never recieve it. Don’t sign up for the free tshirt when all you have to pay for is shipping and handling. Cause it automatically signs you up for their membership and then they steal your money

Ordered two différent times. Have not received either shirt. Have written several emails, no response. Did also get several other chargés to my accourt (fradulant) that I had to take care of.

Update: I was refunded for three months of Hero Club charges and the tshirts I had ordered. After I left previous review I found the credit on my account. I still warn you though the tshirt prices are too good to be true. I never got them.

My story is the same as these other reviews. I ordered tshirts that were never sent to me and I was enrolled in the Hero Club which I never authorized. I’m having 14.99 being popped out of my account and I’m not sure if they will do it again next month. I highly warn you NOT to use this company. Somebody is making money off of us. No tshirts delivered and I’m having money popped out of my checking account. My next move is to file a complaint with PayPal. Thank goodness I used PayPal to pay.

Waiting for my order for 3 weeks and charged for member to club in which I never approved,not happy with them and will be canceling everything I can and never order from them agsin

After reviewing the information I received from We Love dogos regarding their hero club, I decided to cancel my request to join and they took the money out of my account anyway, without my consent. Then they turn around and charged me for a second month for $14.99. All of this was done without my approval. After they put through their charges onto my account My credit card was them bombarded with fraudulent charges from other companies overseas. I do not know if this company is legitimate or not, but my experience was very unsatisfactory.

Order over a month ago and still have not received my order I have tried to contact through several emails and get the same message every time will never order from them again

A month after purchasing and still waiting for my item to be shipped. Apparently they ran out of inventory but still sold the inventory so now I have to wait for the item to ship to their warehouse then to me. I'm not even mad that it's taking so long I'm mad that there was no warning at all. At checkout it literally tells you that you are paying for priority shipping. It doesn't mention anywhere that it will take up to a month or more. Then to try to turn it around on your customers when they get upset and try to make them feel bad because "its a charity" that's just unprofessional. Never again and I warn everyone stay far away from this company and all of their "promotional offers".

I ordered a t shirt I ordered a T-shirt 3 weeks ago and didn't realize when a submitted my order I enrolled in the hero club, so immediately canceled the subscription. I still have not received my order and the membership fee came out of my account anyway. I've sent a message to the company, but not sure what will be done.

I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for 6 months and every month I get a response back saying it has been cancelled but they still are taking the $14.99 from our back account every month.

Almost a month and still have not received my product. Continued e-mail with poor communication. I asked for a refund but to no avail. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal bc they refunded right away after seeing the emails back and forth. I won’t recommend and def won’t shop again!
