Terrible company with cheap products that never cheap. Don't expect any communication with the company and if you buy through Walmart, do yourself a big favor and avoid this company because you will never get your package and never get a refund.

I ordered pjs for my family at the end of November. They came the second week in January. Sent them back 2 weeks ago FedX. Have not received my refund. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

Do not buy from them, clothes are not even close to US size bought sweatpants 3x when I always buy 2x and they look more like med at best, I blame Walmart for this as it seems most buyers are not happy and I will go after Walmart next

I ordered baby bear pajamas 11/9/20 and received them 11/21/20. 12/8/20 I sent a notification of the item being defective "washed and tried them on to verify fit" and requested a replacement, which was accepted. On 12/10/20 I sent a notification I would be returning them which I paid for shipping myself and provid the tracking number on 12/11/20 in which the company recieved the item 12/15/20. I asked for the replacement to be shipped asap for Christmas and was told it was sent on the 12/16/20. On 12/22/20 I reached out for update/tracking information because it never arrived. On the 12/24/20 I was told the carrier was contacted to speed up the item in transit. I again reached out to inform the company on 12/30/20 that I have not received the item. 01/6/2021 I was notified that the "2nd replacement try" would be shipped since the last one never made it, again I requested the tracking information and received no nothing. On 01/7/2021 I was notified that I would be issued a refund which could take up to 4 days, today is 01/13/21 making it 6 days in which I have not received a refund.

The outfit was for our child so they could have Christmas pictures. We have delayed putting up our tree in hopes to receiving the item but seem to have just been getting the run around. In no way should it take a month to receive a item. A item in which I myself paid return shipping on.

I can not recommend anyone purchase from this company.

Bad Bad BUSINESS, Wayren, USA, Finally received my PJS on 01/6/21 from December 8th, if it be a next time I will order way up in the months like January or February etc so that I will have my items by Christmas 2021 Godwillin

I order Christmas Pjs on November 27th. I did not receive them until Jan 6th! That’s right , AFTER Christmas . I cant rate this company negative gold (should be black) STARS. I see alot of 1 stars and complaints about slow or late delivers. I to asked for my money back and same LAME ASS excuse. They sent me a email stating I could keep the clothing and refund 100% of my money. So far I have been refunded for 1 of 3 pair of PJs. I too have filed a complaint with Wal-Mart. Asking them to part ways with Wayren USA. LIARS, THIEVES, and scum of the earth. May be I can find the city they are from and write a letter to the local "BBB" or the state attorney General's office and file a complaint of my stolen money. They get things done.

I order Christmas Pjs on November 27th. I did not receive them until December 28th! That’s right , AFTER Christmas . So I returned them via FedEx and was only refunded for 1 pj. I put in the dispute through Walmart who said 5-7 days to refund . Still nothing !! So I will dispute this with my bank .

This company is awful! I ordered 7 pair of pjs for my family for Christmas day. I placed the order on December 12th and as of today January 1st I still have not received them nor has USPS. This is absolutely ridiculous! Walmart needs to sever all business ties to this company. They are a scam! I wish I could have given this company zero stars! They suck butt!

I have tried contacting them twice and like everyone else, they keep saying the products is on the way, which clearly is a lie.

Only other step I know of taking is putting in a dispute with my bank. Walmart really needs to separate from this relationship before it gets global attention.

I am pissed, I ordered 2 pairs of Medium pjs from this company on December 7 way ahead of time so that I will have them back before Christmas, lies lies líes, I see from the tracking number that they were sent off on the 8th of December on the 17th I see that my package wounded up at Pitney Bowes in Monroe Township NJ and still sitting there in PB awaiting for them to deliver to USPS, still haven’t been delivered and tomorrow is Christmas Day. There has been no kind of updates since the 17th, no telling when I’ll get my package, I want a refund and all these companies need to be reported to the BBB and shutdown for bad business, if I could rate a 0 then I would. I’m in the same predicament as the other customers on here, it’s just RIDICULOUS.

Order was placed on 12/3 and was supposed to be delivered on 12/15. It's now 12/24 and no word. No reply from the seller when contacted. If I could give less than a star, I would. Never again from this seller!!
