I placed an order in early January, 2024 for a Fingertip Pulse Oximeter and never received it. When I called the company, I got a recording that my call could not go through. Also sent a note through their contact page and never heard back. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I would give this seller 0 stars, but that was not a choice. Groupon sold gloves from this manufacturer that purported to be touchscreen gloves. THEY ARE NOT. I paid good money for a rip off, and now I see many people on this board dealing with this Chinese scam and feeling the same about their purchases. Groupon without looking at anything but their own bottom line and certainly not these reviews that proved the company was a scam, sold this fake merchandise on their website. They bear no burden. Once sold -- with their advertising -- the customer is left holding the bag with the shipping charges to return fraudulent merchandise. Beware of this company and beware of buying anything through Groupon.

Ordered a product one month before Mother’s Day for Mother Day. It is now May 18th and it says it was just shipped from China but I can’t track it. I try and and it says to check the tracking g number because it can’t find it. I sent a message to the company but it’s been a week and still no reply.

No sealed packaging, just loose tongue retainers plastic boxes dropped in bag. Not acceptable for an item used in mouth.

They have no labels or return address

They provide materials that are exceptionally shoddy

Their sizing is incorrect

They exist only to rip you off

This WANGO is crap, how can Walmart even use these rip offs? I thought they were better than that. I won’t be ordering nothing from them anymore! They deserve a -5 star. MF ers

I ordered a salt and pepper grinder set on Walmart.com. A set tome means 2, I was sent one grinder when contacting Walmart they said I would be contacted by Wango. I was contacted and was told I only ordered one. I told them they had poor service and false advertising I was given the option of a $9 refund and waiting to receive that. They are not clear on the products they sell.

Ordered a Solar 16.5 ft LED Tree, what I got was a USB plug with a decorative led light strip. Wango Trading going under the name of Closercanon during the holiday season but the CC statement is for Wango Trading. Company states there is a GAP between what they advertise and what the actually send. This Company from what I have found since is nothing more than a SCAM stealing peoples money. I will be happy to write this information every time I see this company selling anything. They did offer to give me back 10% and I could keep the thing I didnt order. But they will never offer to send you the actual item you bought because they do not have them.

Ordered a beautiful LOOKING wreath - received a small plastic thing. NOTHING like the picture and description. Sent email - no response. Called - no answer. Basically there is NO customer service options to try to get refund. Why they haven't been taken off the web doing business is ridiculous. Needs a zero star rating.

Ordered furniture polish supposedly 100# beeswax. Container states 100% but on back under ingredients it say 2% beeswax. When I tried to return as I was told by Walmart and given a barcode, I was told Walmart would not accept. So far no response from this company. Walmart needs to be held responsible

I ordered a matching grey scarf and gloves for $23.00 off Walmart but shipped by Wango and Wango sent me a brown scarf with grey gloves. When I asked if I could get the correct scarf they told me I could get $3 refund. I’m asking for same product just the correct color. They emailed me and said they could only give me $5 refund because profits were low and they would only give me that amount if I don’t give them a bad review. I asked for a full refund and I haven’t gotten a reply. The $5 doesn’t even cover the shipping. Ridiculous when ordering from Walmart make sure you read whether it’s shipped by Walmart or a 3rd party.

My order was delivered to another state and they ask me if it's convenient for my to pick up. I can't give a company like this even 1 star, but I had to.

ordered a 6 ball ice maker, recvd a DEFECTIVE 4 ball maker that will not hold water.

6 emails later offered $3 refund for $19.99 plus $5.99 shipping.

Worst product and customer service ever!!! I am very unhappy with the eyeliner I purchased and have been trying to get the refund process going for days now with absolutely zero cooperation from Wango. If you enjoy wasting your money on craptastic products and horrible customer service then this is definitely the company for you. If you expect quality product and great customer service look somewhere else immediately! With Wango you might as well throw your hard earned money into the garbage. Don't waste your money or time with this company or their products. You deserve so much better. I had to leave a star in order to leave a review. This company does not deserve a star, they deserve a big fat ZERO!!!

I purchased the magnet eyelashes and was terribly disappointed with this product. I purchased from Walmart.com and thought that the standard 90 return policy was in place. This company allows only 30 days. I tried to return to Walmart in store a couple of times and ran into a problem during the 30 days so I finally reached out to Walmart.com to find that the time allowed by the company had expired. Now I'm stuck with junk. I won't purchase from this company knowingly again.

They ran an ad on the Walmart market. They advertised LED lights and sent me three rolls of tape! I would not waste my time or money ordering anything from this company. BUYER BEWARE

Never order anything from Walmart/WANGO. Ordered items and only got one item. WANGO says I ordered only one. The advertising on Walmart/WANGO site is a lie.
