I am 87yrs old yesterday I received your walk feel 19" wheelchair. The box was battered and heavily taped around the edges some of which show signs of being cut open or split open from impact. I attached the charger and plug it into wall socket, and the unit has been flashing 5 green lights for over 12 hrs. I disconnected the charger and tried to turn it on but no movement or action, blank. I have requested a return through Amazon the box had to be cut away from all of the tape that was on it and I cannot put that back together again.
