Absolutely terrible service. Ordered an item that cost over $1000. It was a large item that delivery had to be arranged a day in advance. No delivery arrangements. Called the carrier, no help at all. Called VM innovations. They gave me $75 for my trouble, but can't tell me where my item is. Said someone would call me back. No one did. Waited 24 hours, no call, so I called them. Said that someone sent a message to the carrier, but they hadn't heard back. Still no item. Still no call. Stay far away.....
Seller is trustworthy. I have purchased from them 3 times and delivery was always fast.
